Awesome. That's what keeps us inspired too. I see your in garland. I'm moving up to Carrollton myself. My SS is actually in mesquite right now, not far from you. Bigjon is great in the lanes. Very competitive yet still very friendly. People say I look pissed all the time but I'm not.... It's just my face. Lmao

Welcome. Sb3 just changed this year allowing 3 15s. Last year that would have been sb4. Same class for me now.

Why do I never see high efficiency subwoofers used for SPL purposes?
I won't be using a ton of power in my truck to start off. I will however be trying out different combos and testing more for efficiency.

No apologies needed. Just one of the few items of the truck I choose not to share untill the subs are installed. (secret content inside) sshh.

Enclosure is already mostly done. That aspect of the truck I probably won't share too much though.I'm going for multiple world records with this one so I will keep a few things 'close to the chest' Things I'm still waiting on are: 1) finish the sanding and glassing the enclosure. 2) amps. 3) order and run power wires. 4) figure out the dual alt set up. And purchase them. 5) sound deadener. I'm in the process of moving, buying and selling my homes, so it's a little back burnered right now. I'm moving my family from Houston to Dallas. About 4.5 hours away.

Why electric? I love my nitro truck... Once dialed it, it's badass. Tuning it and building it is part of the fun.

Finally made some room for this to come home so I can get back to work on it. It's ugly I know but I have a vision.

working on POP an POS material
Another reason is: it would be unique to DSS. Not a PSI font or share the similar D as DC audio. Last thing you want to be known for is copying a company that's known for copying.

working on POP an POS material
Teric had a few nice ones. In my opinion this is a winner.

Welcome to the IHoP v.2
I am stoked for you Steve! I have spent quite a bit of time in Southlake area. Thats a great neighborhood!thanks dude. Hopefully it all works out with the inspection. Has new roof, new pebble tec pool, and a few other things.I have big plans for the house after closing. Can't go wrong as its only 20 years old. You REALLY cant go wrong with masonry exterior. Does the pool have a hot tub section built in? I assume you are moving your construction biz up to the DFW area?the pool does not have the spa portion. We plan to add an above ground one near the house. Looming at the Arial view, none of these houses had the hot tub. Just a pool. The biggest draw for us to this house was that it had a pool and a decent yard.My company did ask me to move up there. Sadly I don't own the company though. Back in '09 I started my own subcontractor company. When it got slow I took a job with my competition and closed up shop. Fast forward a few years. that company got bought out by a firm in Minneapolis. They are the ones who asked me to run all the projects in north Texas. My wife works from home, so she can live in any major city that her company (Nike) has an office in. Any chance she has some pull with R&D? Got a shoe idea that is not on the market at all, but cannot afford a patent. LOL J um.. not likely but she does have some close ties to the marketing dept. Nike won't pay you for it, if the do use it.
