  1. For whatever reason, when I look at the specs on google chrome (on the ssa website), they're missing, but then I go to the same link on IE and they're there. It was WEIRD...
  2. Well, I'm going to noob it up and ask how you know if it has a vented pole piece.
  3. ..Wait, did you just say you were going to do a sealed AND ported box?
  4. Yeah, I heard the same thing except it said 2". I think the only solution is to do a TL test on a sub that is 4-5" deep behind the sub and then put it in a box with the same cubic feet except it only has 1/4" behind the sub.
  5. Does a box have a certain amount of air space behind it or does it not matter as long as it fits?
  6. How many watts are you sending to them?
  7. Those infinity's look really cheap to me.
  8. Yeah, George Carlin was great
  9. That's strange. I've got nothing on those.
  10. Yeah, but doesn't power handling drop if you tune below the Fs?
  11. Why are there no specs on Mms or Fs on the Xcon?
  12. Name off some high power subs (anywhere above 1000 watts RMS) with a low Fs (below 30 hz) and preferable a 15"
  13. Post some pics of the build and let me know how it works out!
  14. I'm sure it'll work perfectly, and that way, you won't have to make a whole new box
  15. Sort of what I meant by too deep. Maybe you could just put another piece of 3/4 or 1" MDF where you mount the woofers and just rewrap the box?
  16. ...You're right. He's retarded. He really did tell you that a 12" sub was basically a midbass driver...
  17. On the forums or youtube?
  18. ...I'm with you on this one...That just kind of sounds like
  19. You might even do better with just one BTL if you have a budget, but it's not sounding like you want a Q or SSD
  20. Why do you have to make a new box?
  21. Oh, I'm going to go check that out now. *edit* Do you have a link to it?
  22. Ohh, well I say you go with 1.25 cubes before woofer displacement. I recommend going sealed a little more since it's a low power sub, but that's all up to you.
  23. Yeah, but I thought power handling below the Fs dropped.
  24. Sealed boxes are good for like...30 hz and down since there's no need for a subsonic filter
