  1. Not really feeling it with this connection stitching. I don't mind it in the middle as I am not touching it that often, but going like this in a circle... Would annoy me while cruising in town with all the cornering. In the end there will be 4 similar seams. I'll probably have to find a different stitching method. More pics of part of the progress.
  2. Some awesome shit.
  3. Old version - logo in the middle, lettering on both sides. New version - logo on the left, lettering on the right, all on the center piece.
  4. I'm gonna take some other fabric and cut it a bit bigger than a pattern I've made. Then start trimming. idk
  5. Can't wrap my head around how to cut the leather for the spokes on the wheel. It's like a " T " but nothing is straight or evenly thick. Fuck
  6. Matt you need to put some avatar.
  7. First and last time buying Coke Zero... awful
  8. Around 4 and a half hours of work...
  9. So fucking rad
  10. It's all free for me. I haven't looked but I bet there won't be one for my MOMO RACE wheel.
  11. I actually enjoy that shit. With some quiet music and a beverage of course.
  12. I am no expert at all by the way. I got the leather yesterday, watched some videos in the morning and it's now 00:28 in the middle of the night, and I am using the sewing machine to puncture holes.
  13. Still somewhat of a stupid question, Sean. How am I going to put it on if it's stitched together? It's a closed circle, not a pipe with two ends. But yeah. I wrap it around the wheel and start sewing and pulling and fitting.
  14. TrueRTA FTW, live feed at the exact freq that hits you. Way faster too, just change the song and skip to the bass line to instantly look at the Hz.
  15. Do you stitch that together in place on the wheel?? Either way, wow.I couldn't understand you completely, but if you are asking if I am stitching it to the wheel too, then no. It's not attached to it in any way. I am thinking about adding glue tho. But seeing how much grip this little rectangular piece has on its own I may not glue it. The leather is a bit less than the diameter so it is stretched a bit for a better, tight look.

  17. It was warm these past few days. Today was partially sunny too, but right at the moment it is snowing and there is a thin layer covering parked cars. On Tuesday its going to be 14 C again. Blizzard is a strong word.
  18. Thanks, neighbor.
  19. Testing, testing, 1, 2, 3
  20. There is already a similar thread, but thanks for sharing.
  21. I have to disagree. You want as little thickness as possible, but strength at the same time. Threaded rods are a very good example.
  22. Got me some leather and hoping to redo my steering the following days. Black leather, white stitching.
