No hd7 I hate mine. I'm actually looking at getting a new IPhone or going with that new Samsung one Note with that giant screen it has. Also I just realized you said HD7s. That's the one with the oled screen(I just have the hd7) the screen on the hd7s is best part about the phone, WP7 doesn't have much support for apps and stuff so we dont get many apps or we get them hella late.

This is what I have right now Most of these number where pulled from another Tahoe build to give me a base. Ok now I just messed around with the port length until I got the tuning I wanted (33-35). I don't really get how it is longer than the box? This my first box design and is a temp. box for me to use about a month or so. Sub will be powered by a Cresendo 2k at .5 or 2ohm depending on voltage gain All the way down, and I'm going to take it easy. Any input will be greatly appreciated.

The price of the Stetsom makes it my choice in this one, but I don't know how much team pricing is.

Pioneer x2 One question I have is will there be a warranty through SSA for the headunit?

I have just started to incorporate protein into my workout. I work at a grocery store where we sell whey protein, and different types of powders for shakes along with different types of Bars, and stuff. They only protein stuff I have tried was a Shredder Shake from Smoothie King. It was pretty good after I got over the protein after taste. I had the chocolate one if it makes a difference. I also noticed they sell a Jerky stick that is high in protein. Are the drink/shake mixes any good, and what ones do you recommend? Also what are some other good supplements that contain protein?

So I should have a protein shake after a work out or before. I know ether way I get the protein, but do muscles start rebuilding immediately after a work out or does your body take awhile to start the process? Also I guess it would depend on how fast a person's body uses protein right?

Really? Muscle burns twice as much as calories as fat? i did not know that. I always thought someone should do cardio over weight lifting to lose weight. X2 Also if I may chime in what foods are good after a work out, and do protein shakes really have a definite affect?

On another note, the Zcon is a really nice sub plus if your worried about price. If you buy one sub you get the 10% store credit back for the next purchase, but I don't know if it expires. I don't think it would atleast.

Because the word "good" is subjective. Exactly, a company may have a SPL oriented sub that they think sounds good for what it is supposed to be. It may be complete crap to everyone else. It all depends on thought process.
