I saw lots of songs on a list here but I noticed that there were no songs from the Southern hemisphere. I know of many songs like Reggeaton that have awesome rythm and bass. I realized I didn't have all the info possible. Check this out. These are within FI's specs as to the box volume. These are my possible demensions. I figured 270 sq inches port area and 18-20 in long(deep) Not sure if this is right. Let me know what you think please. specs box (18 Cuft) (34H x 45W x 20.3deep). Help Please. I want to build a ported box for 4 FI 15" BTL's Currently I have a 9 Cuft box with 2 FI 15" BTL's. Each sub in it's own enclosure. FI suggests 3-5 Cuft per sub. Can I make just one box for all 4 with one port? Or do I make a box that seperates all 4 or two? I like the sound with 4.5 Cuft per sub. I am also lost on the port area if I make one 18 Cuft box for all 4. Really appreciate your suggestions here. Thanks, JR

I buy container loads of stuff out of China. Two things are a must with anything built in China. One is specs....and the second is quality control. If you have a grip on these two you can get awesome things that are built in China. Good luck on yer amp. I'm sure it will be fine.

Well...I'm getting pretty frustrated. I was thinking of doing just that. having one alt charge two batteries and the other the other batteries. I'll have to take two of the big amps and split them between the two battery banks. I guess just split all of them between the battery banks. These alts have their own regulator built in..I wonder if I can change anything.

Both Amps have built in regulators. I heard from someone that I need a dual alternator PCm and a wiring harness. It is the PCM that regulates charging anyway. I sent Iraggi alts an E mail but have not heard back yet.

Yes good Idea. I'll ask Dom. thanks Guys. What I meant by fighting is that when the alt regulators sees the line voltage, they switch and stop charging. this is an ungoing thing so the charge light keeps going on and off. I am probably missing some module.

Howdy, I installed my second Iraggi alt but am having trouble wiring the second one into the system without them fighting each other. Anyone have any experience doing this??

... Though ... I guess you need to ask your self in all honesty...what you really want. Adiction...no matter to what....is a bitch to say the least. Getting to where you want to go starts with your honesty to your self. Nobody can do that for you. I wish you all the strength in the world. This is great advise. Since I rebuilt the box, lots of things changed. I can really drive the subs now. My elecrical system is being upgraded with the addition of a second Iraggi 260Amp Alt. The big 3 has been done since the beginning. After the second alt addition, I am adding two more Batcap 4000's that I have. I guess I'll let the voltage tell me what I can do because placing a 3rd alt in an E-350 v-8 PSD van is almost impossible. there simply is no room.. Thanks, JR

Hey Jay-cee, Well that's just it. with the new box I can drive them all he way without clipping too bad. Now I want to add more power. (as soon as the second Iraggi alt is in there) Hey did you get the pics I sent??

I have two FI 15 BTL's installed (wired at 1 ohm) and am running a Hifonic BXI 26100 for each sub. The box is a tad smaller the 4.4 ft3 per sub. How much more power do I dare run through the FI's?? Thanks, JR

Nope...Nothing wrong. there are two decent amps and two smaller amps. When cranked your voltage will drop. Just need to add the second Alt. Greetings from Curacao.

Thanks Guys for the advise. I have an additional Iraggi 260 amp alternator. Yes the voltage comes up with RPM BUT The thing is, Island driving is like life at idle. So..... I'll go ahead and install the second alt. I need to change the fan shroud,install the second alt brackets,add another pulley to the crankshaft pulley and do the wiring. Yes, All wires are Zero gauge and the big 3 was the first thing that was done. The nice thing is that with this second alt I can go up in amp power as well....lol I also have two Batcap 4000's that I'll add. Many thanks guys. I'll let you know how it works out. I rebuilt my box and actually made an advance in performance. The amps can be driven more before they want to clip. My question is, when I measured the voltage (at Idle) while driving the system higher, the voltage on my two Kinetik 3800's dropped to 12.4 volts. I do have another Iraggi 260 Amp Alternator. Do you think I should install it? I wouldn't play it at this level normally but only to either brag or at a competition. Advise please. Thanks, JR

Yup, That will teach me to skim on the rest of the system. Big difference. Am thinking of adding another amp and adding two more mids and highs tomorrow. Hope to fine tune it. This stuff is in an E-350 Van so I have a big area to fill.
