Here is what I came up with. 23 Inches - Depth 16.75 Inches - Height 33.5 Inches - Width 4 cubes @ 32 Hz Single Baffle and flush mount, the subs will be centered front to back, but will be off set a little to the right. 14.5 x 4 inch port opening $175 plus real shipping. Let me know if you would like me to modify any of the dimensions. Andrew sounds good, do you think i should do double baffle? Whats real shipping?

yes im running two. I have some pioneer tsw spl 10" now , im wanting to get a bit louder and sound better,the subs i have now dont have that great of sq on some types of music and really miss or hit softly on lower notes. also was thinking of a single xcon 15" . i have 4cubes

Same wattage. Which has best sq and gets load . Had my eyes set on IA lethal injection 12" . But now looking at the Sundown sa12 I'm undecided. Just want some comments and feedback before I order and before my final box design by Argent. Listen to rap and classic rock. 1300 wts and ported will be the setup

No matter the final design your getting my buisness.Thnx oh hell , you probably heared prefab enclosures , you are asking to get a custom build box , it will be far better than what you're used to , not that I know Andrew from argent audio , in fact I live on the other end of the world but I doubt He'd offer to build boxes if he were not capable of doing so . an aeroport does exactly the same as a wellbuild slotted port , infact you need to put in quite some work to get a slotted port to be as good as an aeroport . Ok thats good to hear, well Andrew you see this post so shoot me your design with aeroport and see what you have in mind

Trying not to use aero, how much more space needed to get them in?

The deminsions will fit I'm unsure if the box built whithin those specs will have enough space for subs I would like to use . 36 w x 17h x 19d is the space I want to use so I can have cargo space left,but the vehicle is a suv I'm just going to slide box in

Andrew I pm'd you,and you suggested to start a thread so here goes. I have 36"w x 16"h x 19"d . want a ported box tuned to 32 htz. I'm trying to fit 2 12" IA lethal injections port and sub back or 1 15" xcon sub up port back. dont know if i have the room to get a box built for either. If not I would like a box for single 12" xcon sub and port back. maybe able to give a inch or 2 on the depth and height if you need it.

I know xcon is 1750wt and li is 600 that's why I'm asking about. 1 xcon 15" or 2 not 1 li 12" . If that clears it a little. But the goals are daily driver. Good output. Musical. R&b ,rap and classic rock,blues are my music choices. 4cubes of space ported box 1300 wts for power ,suv vehicle

I see ssa has the min at 3.2 and optimum at 4cubes as long as im above the min on the box im happy. And i can give up about 1 to 2 inches more in depth. Or if not I guess I'll have to stick with the 12". Just trying to do the 15" so i dont loose so much in cone area, im replacing 2 10's. on a second question im taking out 2 10" pioneer spl subs on 800w to get the xcon on 1400w. what would my output be compared between the pioneers and the single 12 or 15 xcon?

You gave me a quote on a 12"xcon box sent to my house.Now ive been thinking about trying to do the 15". The space available is 36"w x16"h x 18" d sub up port back . Can you make a box to fit that and give me as close to the 4cubes needed and tune it to 32hz. Can go a little bit more on the height and depth if needed.

Have a d3400 under hood and big3 done in 0 guage ,0guage running to distro block in rear. Have h/o alt on the way and was thinking on adding a d1200 in back.Do i have to run another 0 guage wire for ground to the front battery,or will I be ok with a short run of 0 running straight to the frame?
