If you notice an "SQ difference" between sealed and ported, you did something wrong with the ported box... The box I had my 10 type R was ported and made solely to to get "loud" and had no SQ at all. That being said I do know that you can build a ported box for SQ. Most people I know with a sealed box either built it because they were shooting for SQ or they just bought a prefab box for the sub and the sealed box happened to be cheaper.

why not just get one 15 and call it a day? 1 15 in a sealed box and run it at 1ohm off that amp or you could do a ported 12. We really need to know what your goals are. Since you have a type r i would assume SPL. Seeing as it is sealed then maybe you like SQ? Let us know and we can give you better recommendations

What do you mean by the Buy? the seller? If you want an IA sub to handle 1000RMS then why not get the Death Row? And it depends on what voice coil option the sub is. The sub may be able to handle 1000rms, but it is only rated at 600rms so if you want to run it at 1000 that is up to you. Like I said why not just get a Death Row?

the gf got 20 % tint on top of her 35% tint all the way around and did 35% on the fwhole windshield. What she didn't tell me was that she had the shop throw in a 10" Memphis street edge and a memphis se2.50. Allllll last night she kept rubbing it in my face that she has a "thumper" and I don't. 2500 Rms is recommended for the Warden. I cannot suggest a sub woofer as I have not heard mmats.

Try porting the Q's first. I to once thought that because you went ported meant you lost most SQ. Not true, you can gain output and still retain a good amount of SQ If that does not work or if you are set on new subs, have you looked into the Xcon's?? I have not personally experienced them, but they are made for output and SQ. Read review's on them, they may be what you are looking for.

Some pics of the Honda my girl friend and I did this past Summer. Nothing special really, was our first time doing anything like this. Cleaned and synced carbs new points and condenser custom side cover I fabricated mounted turn signals to headlight creamed and painted the tank our selves. sanded and cleaned the motor. clubman handle bars. some other small things We were going to turn it into a nice cafe this winter, but moved and decided to get rid of the bike. It was a fun little project to work on together. Surprisingly she actually liked working on it (much more than car audio) and now she wants to get her own bike... the day I bought it. the guy had it all painted in primer black. Terrible job cut a vinyl "stencil" on our plotter. Turned out well me painting. My second time painting somthing other than 1 inch square aluminum pieces. The way I mixed the paint gave it a "rough tough" look (words from a friend). The paint was Matthews Satin finish picture quality is not that great. It turned out really well. before cleaning motor and clubmans getting there! about as far as I got before I sold it this is as far as we got before we decided to sell it. Not to bad for our first "run".

I am not big on buying a subwoofer because of how it looks, but the DP is on of my favorite looking subs on the market! Love the black chrome not to mention the bad arse logo. If I wanted to get a subwoofer to show off , the DP would be the one. Ha I know that in no way helps you, just wanted to express my feelings on the DP. Good luck searching. Make sure you take your time and do your home work

So are you wanting SQ or SPL? What voice coil option? Any reason you are stuck on these two subs? I would personally go with the DP out of the 2. Either will work as long as you are careful. And out of curiosity what happened with the Fi Q 15? Last I read you were going to get the Fi and run it off that same amp.

soundSTORM 1000w amp, audiobahn flame q 12, and some blaupunkt 6.5's in my 95 maxima. Later added a 12 type r beside the flame q. Q was inverted and type r was normal both in separate prefab junk boxes. Ha I thought I was the shit until my friends parents took them to local shops and they all got w7's / tdx's and the likes. On yeah I had one of lthose Sony stealth head unit's. It was all black and would flip down to show the buttons. Pretty sleek and stealthy although it would stick out an inch and a half from the dash in stealth mode. Ha reminds me of chris farley in Beverly hills ninja

I will buy what ever you need and keep it until you pay me with 25 percent interest seriously though, you need to learn how to save and budget your money. Like they said, don't use a credit card for something you don't need! If you can handle having one just to build your credit, then I would advise doing that. But if you know your going buy a bunch of crap you cant pay for DO NOT DO IT!!!!

any 15 will move more than "some air". Any of the 15s would sound nice playing some "jeezy" and do what you described. Also if you heart sundown then why not get the sundown. If I hearted something but purchased something else bc it was 100 dollars cheaper or because some one else recommended it I would personally not be satisfied. I would always be thinking about what my heart was set on, and why the heck I didn't get that.... That is just me though. I have never heard the Z-15, but I would take it over the type R any day. again that is just me

i believe it was a 15 he bought for $200. That is why I recommended the Z-15

Just because they have the same RMS doesn't mean they both will be the same as far as output. If you want loud with some SQ go with a BL. Also check out the Xcon, I have heard good things about those.

my dad is having guys graffiti his commercial building... He is so random. Not the guy you would expect to do that.
