1/2 the width if you use the walls of the box as a port wall, according to jl audio. My bad . If you don't use the walls of the box as a port wall then it's 1 width. RMZsuzuki89 was correct.

I'm pretty sure It's both ends. 1/2 the width x 2 for both ends or 1 width. the narrow ( shorter ) width.

Is 41.3" the measured length?

It should see 4" total ( 2" per end ).

End correction > would be the length the air sees.

I come up with 28.375" with end correction, 26.625" without. I don't know the net volume of the box , so I don't know how far off the tuning will be. I've always understood that you add the width ( or 1 diameter ) to the total measured length for effective port length ( that will cover both ends of the port ). I'm not sure how to figure for flared ends.

Hello everyone. How long will the SA-8 pre-sale be available? I'm looking to replace (1) 12" eclipse 88120 dvc (1.55 ci. ported ) in the back of my ranger ( extended cab ) . I need to figure out if I can fit 3 or 4 of these back there and stay below the rear window.
