the problem with it blowing a lot down stairs is that hot air rises and cold air falls meaning that the hot upstairs doesnt get adequate cooling in the summer. You can literally feel teh difference walking up the stairs

There could be an air pocket in the line but you should still have some braking force. Brake fluid is cheap so i dont see any reason why you couldnt bleed the brakes. If the master cylinder is shot then you are pretty much screwed and you'll need to get a new/used one

My furnace broke today. It wouldnt turn on the blower for some wierd reason. Something to do with a circuit board. Its a pretty crappy furnace too, really loud and it doesnt blow the air very hard upstairs. Downstairs it blows the air to much.

snow is foreign in these parts unless you go to big bear mountian. All season radials are good for the whole year <{POST_SNAPBACK}> summer-only tires work just fine here <{POST_SNAPBACK}> sometimes it rains and when it does its usually heavy so summer tires would suck for that. And the occasional off road trip
