  1. nothing wrong with that, i wouldn't mind paying to be a beta tester.
  2. free candy?
  3. it should be if it is, OFC is Oxygen free copper, or 99% copper. other wise its CCA (copper clad aluminium) witch doesn't handle the same amount of current. you may want to look up your wire and see what they rate it at.
  4. this is like watching how its made, i love it.
  5. can't wait to see the rest.
  6. fuse for your wire at the battery, if you have 1/0 that is only good for 250 amps @ 20' fuse for that, if you have some really nice OFC 1/0 that should handle ~375 amps. then the power for the amp fuse for the amp, then fuse the 4ga going to the 100.4 if you want but should be fine with its fusing. all ways fuse for your wire then you can step it down as you need.
  7. TY very much, i wish you guys lived closer i would rent the tools from you for the day.
  8. update * put a sheet of LLP under the back seat today, for got to take pic and its a bitch get the back seat back on. *
  9. i understand, just haven't heard any thing about him doing it so i thought i would make a post and get some info, and make a poll just for fun. i have a huge amount of respect for Jacob, if i ever meet him i will buy him a few beers and maybe geek out with him if he isent to busy.

  13. i do as well, but sundown hasn't let me down yet and has all ways exceed my expectations. maybe i just want to see sundown succeed in all area's. i am odd.
  14. so 2-3 years?
  15. i think it would be nice to see a 2 way that would be just right if you had kids in the car or angry old parents or hungover bout don't want to be vibrated. or a 3 way that would be strong enough that with both doors it would be the same as adding a good 8" or 10" sub i the back.
  16. was kind of hoping that if we got enough people backing the product for a good price we might see some new toys.
  17. i would really like to see some nice 2 way and 3 way components that perform without being ripped off for them and have a brand i love backing them, what about you guys?
  18. theses remind me of my first set of subs ever, (2 polk 12"s) they where 400 wrms, baskets look kindof the same. i still have them and they work great. if these can out perform them i am down for a few sets to play with. cant wait for some real world testing.
  19. small update. its hard to get this thick wire in the holes. i am going to haft to use the old ground for the mids and high's amp, cant find my other distro block.
  20. nice. whats the final ohm load on that set up?

  23. so on Friday my Spectrum Sludge came in but they for got to send me the Sludge part.... so i called ANT from SS, he said that who ever packed it for got it and he would send me out the activator but it wouldn't make it to me until ~ Wednesday. sooo, no updates tell until then most likely.
  24. sexy sexy
  25. the FI Q is a SQ sub, nothing is geared towards SPL, the sound deading and LLP mats and sludge is going to make it posable to lission from rather low vol. things of this nature.
