I did, no power.

No power to head-unit
But... the head-unit should still turn on if i connect my power and ground directly to the batt, right? -even if fuses are blown in my truck and wire are shorting out?
-
Charging batteries before installation
Can i wire my D3100s in parallel and charge them like that, or will i have to do each one by itself?

No power to head-unit
The stock harness for the truck was cut out about 15 years ago. I literally just un-installed my kenwood and installed the alpine. Kenwood worked, Alpine didn't work. I lost the posts for my DMM so i cannot use it..

No power to head-unit
So if you put the power, ignition and ground from the head-unit on the battery directly and there is no power, is the head-unit faulty? Because i only get a tiny tiny spark on the positive post... other then that, no reaction. http://www.alpine-usa.com/product/view/ida-x305s/

I got my new alternator from you guys, but i didn't get no paperwork.. My stock alt has two post on the back along with the harness.. the 320amp i got only have 1 post, along with a harness and a skinny blue wire. How do i install? What is the post on the back POS or NEG? What is the blue wire for? Why didn't i get any paperwork? ..never done this before. - i called and left a message.

Strapping 3500Ds
Please someone correct me if i am wrong, i am going to strap my Sundown Audio 3500Ds and this will be my first time strapping amps, so i need to see if i am thinking correctly. The Master amp gets the input from the head-unit and a mono RCA from "BR Out" connected. The Slave amp ONLY gets "BR In" connected from the Master amp, leave the Gain and other Filters on the Slave amp set to 0. Each amp gets its own remote wire coming from the head-unit. Each amp gets its own Power and Ground. Connect NEG terminals of both amps together using 8AWG wires Wire my subs like so; Then take the POS wire from my sub and put it in the Master amps (far left) positive terminal, then take the NEG wire from my sub and put it in the Slaves amps (far left) positive terminal, ending up with (2) empty terminals (far right ~ positive) If anything is wrong please let me know.
