IIRC the 2400's are good for 2400wrms each. The D3100 is good for 5000+ Different batteries, different capabilities.

D3100 is capable of 5000+ as a secondary battery.. i don't see why you would need TWO of them for a total of 10,000+ if your only running 4k Unless i'm missing something here...

/////Alpine is legit as fuck. I would have gone with the Type R's instead of the Type S's.. well, i actually did. BUT.. if you're planning on getting a component set with an amp (which i recommend to the fullest!!!!) you should go with Alpine Type R component set. Well i was on another forum and they said that the double stacked motor will cause coil rub and other problems when mounted anyway besides sub up. Also someone mentioned a shit load of mechanical noise.. I think im going too stay with the BTL.

Yeah i'd wright a review, there isn't really any out.. I'm just deciding on if i should get the BTL or the SMD. I already have an AQ2200 that would push the BTL and that is what makes me think about getting it over the SMD, BUT.. the SMD looks amazing and if it's built better, sounds better, and is more of a beast i'll end up getting it. EVEN THOUGH! When i do my blow though, i'll have to go with SMD because i already own one.. and THAT would get expencive QUICK! Does anyone know the actuall price tag? - i've read a couple different numbers.
