The Seas has an impressive F3 and a very low Q which should make for a nice SQ system. I will always have a soft spot in my heat for Peerless though. I think they do better at Mids IMO. The Sees looks like it is the winner of the two. Andrew

Ok I will get a sketch just to verify the port/sub position. I could put an extra piece on the back but I'm not sure mounting your amps on the box would be the best idea. Some times excessive vibration could rattle some of the components loose. Andrew

Flush mount won't add too much weight since your just in daily city. You are located about an hour away from me if you wanted to come pick it up. I would just prime it, sand it and then paint it matte black. You might be able to see where the staple holes are since the bondo will be nice and smooth while the MDF is a bit more coarse and porous and will suck up the paint like no ones business. Andrew
