Ok I have been thinking long and hard about this box and what is going to be the best way to achieve all your goals. Since we are doing sub up, port back the aero port would have to be mounted in the plexi window. Instead I'm just going to make the plexi window a bit smaller which is going to save you money and I think it will look better in the end anyway. Here is what I have: 17.25 deep 11.25 tall 20.25 wide Flush mount (1) 3 inch aero port 33Hz tuning Window size: 7 tall x 8.25 wide. This design and window size is going to look a lot cleaner and I'm going to secure the window in the box a new method which should help in over all strength and look really bad ass!! Andrew

Sheet rocking done! Got the purple high-impact sheet rock for the same price as regular!! Going to need some new doors, and believe me these things are expensive!!! Andrew

Here is what I came up with: 20 deep 18 tall 33.5 wide 3.5 cubes 28 Hz Flush mount. If you would like me to drop it down to 27 Hz tuning the box will just become wider. Andrew

I can cut it down to about 15 and make it a bit deeper. Andrew

I would suggest the lowest tuning to be 28 Hz as anything lower is not really practical for car audio. Is 28 ok for you? Andrew

Once again stefanhinote is correct Sealing the box off to the cabin is going to take some custom panels/expanding foam which could take some time and patience. It is up to you if you want to undertake that type of build. For starters I would suggest just a normal slot ported box with the sub and port facing the rear of the trunk. Andrew

stefanhinote is correct. A regular ported box is going to give you the best sound and output without cutting up your rear deck. Andrew
