Since I need 2 extra drive wheels and extra ground clearance on weekends, I couldn't justify buying an econobox. Plus a lot that I've looked at have the same mileage as the Jeep around town Now, if I would have taken the job at NI, I would have had to buy another car.

Big Secret?
Not at all. They sell great to the loud people. 170db+ The Z6 is still coming. That's the Z with the 6" coil. They have the Z3, Z4, and Z6. Coil size 3", 4", and 6" respectively. Ok sounds right, just going by what the local DD dealer said is all. DD has the niche when it comes to 170db plus systems. It probably costs more than my car...

Mine's got an assortment of leaks too. I'll drop the pan and see what the heck is going on, when I got it some of the screws weren't tight so I imagine there is no RTV there, and that's why it leaks..

Back online after 3 days of trying to reinstall Windows. Every time I reinstalled it, it was infected by some virus. Turns out it's because of the ISP. Installed Windows and every safety feature I could without connecting it to the Internet managed to get a clean install.

DIY interconnects
IMO, stay away from those locking RCA plugs. I have worked on somebody's car and he used something similar. They are beyond stupid. Really large, really cumbersome to lock-unlock and when trying to remove them they would almost always break one of the RCA plugs on the amp.

Somehow I managed to snag an autorun virus on the home PC. Ended up spending the whole Sunday figuring out how to clean it. Still need to wipe out one of the HDD's and only then I can reinstall Windows At least I have 1.5GB of RAM now

Welcome to the IHoP
Yesterday evening I was working in the driveway, had shit laid for everywhere, one minute it's light, another it's dark and I'm scrambling to put everything away. I enjoy working outside, but when it starts getting dark at 5pm it sucks. Well I guess that means winter is on the way. It pisses me off. We need more daylight in the winter, not the summer. DST is bullshit. X2 on the last part. However, the summer time is ok. Lots of light in the summer and decent light in the winter. I don't want light at 6AM during winter...

Welcome to the IHoP
That's where I sold my cluster with the boost gauge I mentioned it mostly for fun since it was a part unavailable to the US market and useless for me since the Jeep does around 15 psi, pegs the meter on long climbs...

Sweet. I'd be stoked to have the previous icon, and now a new one, super cool stuff. Just started laying everything out for the rear cargo area: http://cargocollective.com/ssh#2251349/2011-Stereo-Rebuild Now all it needs is a good sub fiberglassed on the opposite side of the battery

Historic / antique is the only way something over 2.5L is not ass rape in taxes. I checked how much it would cost to register a 90-92 XJ with the 4.0....around $7000. Just for registration.
