No, it doesn't mean that, you're measuring some of the input resistances of the electronic circuits in the car. Go measure the input terminals of the amplifier. See if it is what you think it is. You could have chose a far better title. Moving to Automotive and Performance since this is vehicle electrical related.

Been thinking about modding the engine in the jeep. Turbo is identical to the one on the isuzu 4jb1, engine capacity is similar, I bet the fuel pump is similar and that engine responds well to mods like a 2.5"-3" exhaust, bit more boost and more fuel. Already in plan is an oil cooler and some hood vents

Which do you have? BMF 1000D. Was supposed to be good back like 5 years ago. Maybe not. SAE1200D v2 if you want to change it. Based just on the guts..it's very underrated

1. This won't mean jack shiz on music. This won't help you determine rms. Knowing the actual power going to the subwoofers doesn't tell you anything. On music no meter will be useful. You won't know if you are clipping. It measures amperage and only that. 2. NO. It more than likely measures the voltage drop on a shunt, and the voltage drop on that is A LOT, redering the circuit pretty much useless. 3. It's useless.
