Really??? Hmmm........ I was kinda leaning towards the AQ2200. I own all 3. Can you give your reason why? Is it just more power with the Infinity's? I really don't like the internals on the AQ, especially after seeing the schematic.

I was thinking all the same things. Those amps are crammed so close together and basically sealed in a tight spot. No way they WON'T run hot. The middle amp is losing about 1/2 of its heatsink because it's contacting the other amps. The two on the outside are losing 1/4 from the same thing. I agree. I don't mean to sound harsh but looks were more important than functionality Hot amps ? You guys haven't seen an Audison VRX 1.500 running at 0.75 ohms with stock cooling

FYI, I have ran my comp setup on 100w...just to play music. It was more than enough to cover the fronts. You will actually need that power to get them to sound louder. In my opinion, 2 18's on 1500w should be more than enough for listening to music..

Depends a bit on your goals and the space you have to work with. It's a LOT of cone area diffrence between 2 12's and 3 18's.
