  1. Try diffrent wiring combinations. Sort out each the front first and then the rear.
  2. Bartender ftw ! Nice to see you back here
  3. Do you guys happen to have any pictures of this material ?
  4. What meter was it ? Where was it placed ? If you said after bracing it got quieter, can you remove the braces ? Did you find the peak of the car ? What port did you use ?
  5. Nice choice for midbass Those little buggers are making me want stronger doors Did you check Metra for dash kits ?
  6. Very nicely set up
  7. Never heard of the Lotus Omega before...I wonder how much those sell for Alpina's are still damn expensive over here I found an online add for one stored in an old barn, covered in thick dust
  8. Sad to see you're waiting so much for the repairs
  9. Nice choice in equipment
  10. I have seen good results in similar cars with the subs and port firing up. A friend of mine has the same car (2 door version) but we didn't have time to play around with box positioning
  11. That's a ton of power for the sub P706 is the 6 channel Planet Audio ?
  12. Thank you, thank you I'm really pleased with the result. Blends nicely and can keep up with quick kick-drums. Listening to it right after the home setup I feel like it lacks a bit of output but I really didn't want to over-power the front stage with this setup.
  13. I think this is the reinforced filler Ramos mentioned. Worked like a charm Thanks again for the tips on filling the spaces. The wonderful bench where I carpeted the box Except deadening and fill (real wool) it's done I found gray carpet...but the shop only sells huge rolls and I have no use for 150sqft of carpet Time to start playing with tweeter aiming
  14. X10 is just a simple rezistive divider. An 8V measurement on an X10 probe is actually a real measurement of 80V.
  15. I think they could be choking or it may be tuned way too low. Nice uprages though
  16. Quick, you only need 10k more
  17. Looks like you're off to a good start
  18. I want to open a shop and I really don't want to fork out money to get a stand built. Building it isn't a problem but I want to be able to switch between diffrent hu's and speakers. If anyone built one of these stands I would like to get my hands on a schematic for the wiring behind the panel
  19. Ended up griding a bit of the fiberglass edge and filling that gap instead of doing it from the inside. I hope it's going to be ok Everything in place and ready for fixing the gaps. Probably going to use fiberglass for the bigger ones and polyester filler for the fine touches.
  20. Awesome score What car is that ?
  21. Looks even better now that the baffle is in place A little bit of sanding and then it's time to fill the space between the mold and the plastic panel. Pics later.
  22. Cherokee spl project ? Do tell.
  23. Very nice Job on the box. I like plywood much more than mdf.
