CB, you said you were going to build a bench, to test amps. what resistors are you going to use ? i asked a salesman about a 8ohm resitor, capable of handling 500w. why he gave me a weird look- Welcome to the IHoP

kent, how much would the shipping to Romania cost ? that's the stuff that scares me. & the customs (fudge the customs). the shippng for the sub was 100$ (air mail, usps) but that piece of plexi is small.- Welcome to the IHoP

darn unthanklul people. some dude on the local forum started 5 topics about which gz subwoofer to use with his amp and asking about the prices. i replied him every time. the admin posted the prices a month ago, and now, he started a new topic, saying they didn't post prices. what an idjit.- double baffle...
144 sqin to cover with plexi. i still have to sell my old sub...money is short at the moment. so the plexi is kinda a future project- double baffle...
i'm using a 1.5" baffle on the sealed box i built for my rl-i10. but there's not a lot of room for the air to pass between the basket and the cutout. should i worry about it ? i've been thinking about using a plexi panel (12" / 12"). i've never used it before. what thickness would be good to replace 3/4" mdf ?- Welcome to the IHoP

very nice install. good tutorial for n00bz like me. i've seen something similar a couple days ago. a nissan navarra. they mounted the amps on the back winshield. sub-box was made out of fiberglass (2 GZ 8s) but they put 2 neon rings on the subs- Welcome to the IHoP

looking at the pics, i'm just wondering ? why did they have to use a 2-piece basket ? i mean, there's a spider right next to the magnet and anotherone just below the cone. wouldn't it have been better to use only the lower spicer and a 1-piece cone ? pretty nice box & amp- Getting The Assasins Louder
the wo works well in a car, only it needs room to breathe. both the deathbox and the wo work well both in-home and in-car. F3 of 28hz where ? simulated or in-car ? hmmm, the assasins could hit a bit harder if you try 2 deathboxes, although i'm not sure they will go lower.- Getting The Assasins Louder
the wo isn't louder than a ported box. but it goes low, and is very accurate.- RL-p with 1300rms??
more pieces is better, foo ! - Welcome to the IHoP
