absolutely bro ... My EQ is set flat

This is a specific reason for me saying this ...

normally on a EQ, isn't everything suppost to be set flat, then add and cut where needed to get the desired sound ??? And also, shouldn't the left and right channels be exactly the same ?? Then you would pay more closer attention to your crossover points if you choose to run full active ... please, not complaing or anything like that, just asking ... Thanks, Randal ...

If you have a "BIG Bass" system, I don't think it will be worth your time and money ... If you are into more of a "Total Sound System" Where MUSIC is more important than just having alot of bass or just being loud ... then I would say that having a very nice Equalizer will be a great learning / tuning experience for you and your system ... The whole idea is for Your system to sound the way YOU want it to ... Just my suggestion ... Thanks, Randal ...

Been there done that. Although I didn't do it by design and I had 2 or 3 heart attacks instantly after. There was a massive motor cycle (2 bikes racing) wreck on I 55 (my way to work) last night. They passed me doing well over 100mph and was headed for a speed trap but wrecked them in the dreaded Jackson Water works curve ... Was aweful ... not shure if they lived or not ...

you must have to be working all weekend .... My weekend is tuesday and wensday. I fell like I am walking the wrong way in a crowd sometimes. For the most times, that would be great for paying bills and getting things done you just can't do on weekends. but working on just about all weekends would really be a bummer ... The reason being that increasing cone area decreases the necessary excursion to reach a given output level. Minimizing excursion keeps the drivers operating further within their linear range, decreasing distortion and other side effects of non-linearity. Please, in you opinion, what is the smallest sub driver / transducer you would run in a SQ competition vehicle ... If ported, what would you tune to ?? thanks, Randal ...
