  1. Happy birthday
  2. In need to get back there with my laptop and upload some pics for my thread updates.
  3. Yea, guess I'm a little old school when it comes to this stuff. But there are a few newer Amplifiers that pride themselves in the old school Driver Control ways, but they are very few and far between. To the op, my old team use to have what they called an LMS to specifically tune out their enclosures. I don't know much about it, just another old school way of doing things I guess. I'm thinking that if you increase battery power you might can help out your Amplifier(s) with this. ... Or specifically tune your enclosure for exclusive sound quality or sound pressure levels. Trying to accomplish both is sort of give and take it seems. Good luck my brother.
  4. Amplifier (driver control) can have ALOT to do with this also. Just saying
  5. I was wondering why I had to log back in. Almost forgot my password. LOL Wish I could help with spam like I use to on CAF. Miss those days ...
  6. Welcome to SSA. Nice looking Amplifiers.
  7. Nope. Buy one, check it out, come back and give us a review. We'll be tuned in brother.
  8. Welcome to SSA.
  9. If that alternator is set at 13.6 (normal 12 volt charging), there is no need for a voltage regulator. If that's a DC alternator, ask the manufacturer for a wiring diagram.
  10. Why are you setting this up separately ?? Different charging voltage ???
  11. Nice Ride.
  12. Nice enclosure.
  13. Photobucket for the win !!!
  14. Technology is really passing me up. Seems like a really nice product. Can't wait to hear your review.
  15. When it comes to car audio, I've learned that it's always best to do more with less.
  16. ... and loose what little bit of left and right "musical" separation you had to begin with. Just Saying
  17. Insane.
  18. The way I look at it, I put my kids through the basics in sports. Baseball, football, and karate. That way if they decided to play when they got older, they would have the experience. Oldest one played in band all throughout high school while the other turned out like me and hated sports. He did however, turn out to be one hell of a skate boarder. You never know how things turn out with kids. I think mine turned out great !!! Great job on the dad's that get out there and take the time to work with your young athletes !!!
  19. At Louisiana buying lottery tickets. Small day trip with the wife.
  20. How are the Amplifiers being used ???
  21. Aw dang ... Super Tweets
  22. Picking up my door panels from the salvage yard tomorrow. Yes, all four doors. Hoping to start on my dash pods soon housing a four and tweet combo. Think I'm going with eights low in the doors.
  23. About the only way to get input on an Amplifier is to buy one, test, and tune. You can go to shows and talk to real owners, but for the most part, it's all install specific depending on power on tap, driver, and enclosure build. And most important, vehicle in question. Good luck my friend.
