Actually, it's the motor force that makes thing happen. Not necessarily cone area. That's been proven many times. All depends on application.

Ohio's first post never specified the number of 12s that would be used. You assume a pair. Why ?? 4 12s in a wall tuned around 40 would hair trick easily on adequate power.

As long as you have good ground connections at your source unit and your amplifier(s), you should have no problems with RCA cables.

If anybody remembers a certain Bronco back in the day that used the vehicle as the enclosure / port ??? Seen it ALOT back in the day, just wish I knew more about it.

Tyler fade built a bad ass IB setup. Seen it at a world finals event. Put up some impressive numbers. Wasn't anything sound quality, but had some decent sound too. Just Saying Speaker boy, you my bro and all, but you really need to concentrate on latching onto that vehicle before making audio plans.
