Aaron, I'm sure you already know the answer to this question. But is there any way in the admin section to set it up similar to the CA-F version so maybe at least the Admins can see who is doing this ??? Also, what ever happened to the personal chat bar at the bottom of the forum ??

Had a friend with 3 JL Audio 10s in that back compartment. Sounded really good !!! Wasn't that tough with weight either ... I know he was running Nitrus on it and street racing every now and then ...

Hmm, news to me. *goes to search* I just went over to CA-F and double checked and I can click on the counter and see who made the upgrade or downgrade.

We had a spammer doing this on CA-F. I think he finally got caught and banned by Aaron. I do know that mods can put their mouse icon on the counter and see who made that upgrade or downgrade ...

I can't remember with this one ... Is there an option for the BOSE 8" midbass driver for the doors like the Trail blazers ??? If so, you could get those mounting brackets and install you a nice pair of 8s in those factory door locations ...

Are you saying that you have 2 amplifiers ... one for each sub ?? Meaning a different brand per driver ??? or you have one amplifier now powering both drivers ??

Your enclosure is 90% of the sub setup, so yes it is most likely the problem.90 percent ... No, I wouldn't go that far. If that was the case, There wouldn't have been any need to go with those expensive Zcons you're running. You could have done just as good with a custom built CNC enclosure with a pair of Funkey Pups ... In order to have a good / great sub stage, you need to have basically all of these areas working together ... Source unit, Electrical (Battery power / wiring), adequate amplifier power, well designed / built drivers, and well designed / built enclosure ... There is alot of questions in this thread about the amplifier that has not been answered yet ... Yes, I agree that he needs a new enclosure build, but if that used amplifier is not working good (its possible that the power supply in that amplifier is not delivering adequate power to the output fets like it should), there may be more work that needs to be done to help this guy solve his problems ... Honnestly, he should have left the enclosure(s) alone to do the amplifier swap ... then change port tuning if need be ... Question for the Op ... Why did your origional amplifier blow up ???

Did you verify your final tuning ??? Are you sure it's 36-37 and not 46-56 (or possibly higher) htz by mistake ??? stranger things has happened ...

Is this set up in a 98 GMC Sierra ext. cab ?? If so, is the enclosure(s) on the floor (meaning the back seat is either up or removed) or is the enclosure(s) laying up on the back seat ???

Nice ... I hear alot of good from Chevy !!! Wish our company used them.

Driven both for many years ... The 6.0 wasn't worthy enough to even hold the jock strap of the PowerStroke 7.4 !!! My 98 F450 with that 7.4 rode and drove like a sports truck from the day they gave it to me until I gave it back for the newer one with the 6.0 ... 3 days of driving it, I went back in and asked for my old truck back. Resale on those 7.4 must have been realy good at that time cause the old truck lasted for one day in the auction yard ... Those 6.0 trucks stayed in the mechanic shops ...

I've been driving Ford PowerStroke Bucket trucks for years !!! They run good, but when the gas tanks started deteriorating ... the problems start !!! Now I drive a bucket truck with the V-10 ... Not as strong and powerfull as the power strokes, but overall ... WAY better setup !!! Gas mileage could be better, but you have to think this is a 1 1/2 ton (F450) loaded bucket truck we are talking about here ...
