  1. I'm running the Kenwood DNX9980HD unit with a 250g external hard drive for my music / video storage. I had to partition the drive 4 ways and make 3 of them FAT32 format so the headunit can see / read them. I run all Windows Media Lossless music / Video files on them with no problems, And I'm still able to use the 4th partition on my laptop / home computers for pictures, music, video, movies, or any other files needed ... If you have a 32g flash drive, You should be able to hold ALOT of Windows Media Files for your headunit without having to settle with MP3 files ... Hope this helps out some ...
