For what it's worth I haven't been fasting much because my new school schedule fucks up my timing, and so it becomes a hindrance instead of an advantage. I do take carbs after workouts. The biggest difference is carbs are maybe 15-20% of my total energy. Shit dawg, you said you wuz low carb. That is just about spot on for someone trying to drop some bf. When someone says low carb to me, I think 10% or less total kcal from carbs. Right now with how I have been feeling I am on a carbo kick. But it feels good. My muscles are swelling plump with energy storage and my waist has been dropping. Last couple weeks with my pain excluded from the slimming mind you.... As for everything else, I try not to take it personal. Im sure trod doesn't either. A lot of the time when a person new to nutrition and or working out follows a more fringe diet plan witjout having tried the gold standard for a while it's like seeing some guy talk to an engine designer how the little electric fan they have blowing air into their intake really makes their car faster and get better mpg. IE: today I probably got 170g. Other days a bit less, or a bit more. Okay so I did the math, and perhaps it's closer to 10-15%, but still. The only issue I have with the last comment is that I've actually spent more time researching the shit then most people who think they know all about it. So perhaps everything I've learned is completely wrong, but you can at least understand that with the effort I've spent that I won't easily be persuaded. Not very different from those that were taught something for 20 years, and one day someone tells them that's completely wrong, and it's really this. The biggest issue that's made me such a skeptic is CVD, and fat and cholesterol.

Lmao i never made a recommendation How much glycogen is stored in the body vs adipose tissue? How reliant is the body on fat for an energy source when you primarily eat carbs? Now what about when you primarily eat fat? How does this effect endurance, and weight loss? im asking about YOU Are you fat? Are you diabetic? How intense are your workouts? Fat is not as readily mobilized and utilized as energy compared to glycogen, it also does not fuel the brain. The brain relies on glucose. I'm not fat, but I'm still trying to lower my bf%. I'm not diabetic. My workouts are intense enough that they are primarily being fueled with glycogen--not fat. That's a no brainer. However, that doesn't mean I should eat more carbs then what I already do. Nor does it mean that I don't heavily rely on fat when I go running. I'm not going to dwelve into the topic of ketones, but I specifically said I ate enough carbs. Enough carbs to fuel the brain, refeed glycogen stores, and not resort to gluconeogenesis (although if it did, it wouldn't be a big deal obviously). Thats all i really asked because now your low carb diet makes sense. I would have assumed you were trying to gain strength and mass also. I am gaining strength and mass, and that's a fact. Perhaps I'm not putting it on as fast as possible, but I would blame total kcalorie amount for that (not always enough), and not the macronutrient ratios.

I use nasal imitrex. It works wonders for me, and I have no side effects. It even helps calm my clusters down to a certain extent, which for me is a total blessing. I need to research it more, but I can get some sample packs from my mother's work, and try it next time. If it helps it is a godsend. For me it doesn't stop my nausea... so I just have to sleep. Try to reduce some salt maybe? I can try that, but would be surprised if that was it. Otherwise it seems like this would be a weekly occurance considering I do 3 workouts a week + 1 to 2 dirt bike rides on weekend. Ill give it a shot though.

Which route should i go.
Personally I would go with the 15s. You'd save some money, and the difference in output is going to be lower because your crammed on volume.

According to wikipedia (lol), ocular or retinal migraines typically occur in one eye only, but to be honest I can't remember if it's both or one. I haven't been to a doctor in years, so I'm going to schedule a visit, and while I'm at it I'll ask about the migraines. Just for kicks I'm going to get a vap test too.

Are the floaters like stars moving around? If so it sounds really BP related. If it is just "spots" then I cannot tell you. It is interesting as they used to think HBP and migraines were related, but usually it is in people with lower BP, or a sudden drop. My migraines are all just nausea and icky feeling. Parts of my vision is fuzzy almost like looking through a kaldiscope sp? Its not blurred, yet I can't really see a clear picture of whatever I focus on. Only thing I can do is sleep it off, and afterwards im exhausted. Today I feel fine, but if I was to do something straining then I get immediate pressure to my dome. Tomorrow ill feel 100% normal. Do you have a BP cuff, or access to one? Test yourself in the morning if you can. When you say you feel it durring strain it really sends up a BP flag. I don't have one, but I actually tested myself at a drug store a few months ago. It was normal. I can swing by another store in the morning.

You can definitely use torres calculator, then draw the design out in sketchup. I've never used the torres calculator, but it seems a lot of people have had good success with it. You can also try this: http://www.bitpusher.in/?p=ported It'll give you the net volume, and port length. You'll need to come up with the cutout dimensions.
