Go to edit your profile, find edit signature, then add "Team Fi." Stfu you! I do work. I get invited. Get mad.
  4. Enclosure looks great, bummer about the corner, always seems to happen when shipping enclosures in general.
  5. Found the thread but pictures (if any) must have expired. Cool idea though.

+1 for being cool during the situation. I know I wouldn't have been able to handle it that well / nicely.
  7. For SPL? I've seen some serious SQ setups with aluminum and steel baffles, but never metal enclosures.
  8. That amplifier is 2channel. You need one channel per speaker (assuming you want stereo). Where exactly are the tweeters in the dash located? Sides, center? Depending on their locations, they may be able to be wired together with the door tweeters (if the tweeters are the same). Sounds like you need at least a 6 channel amp, or another amp that's 4 channel and use both. UNLESS: the stock system has a passive crossover network somewhere. Then one channel per side (tweeter and mid), so that's 2 channels, then another 2 channels for the subwoofer.
  9. "good outcomes" is subjective, the manufacturer doesn't recommend it, so why ignore them?

  18. I wonder if there's a target frequency the stock stereo is attenuating at, and you could use the bass boost feature on the amp to null it out.

  25. I hope you're not talking to me? I made this thread to double check if the shipping is correct so that I may support a good store instead of going to a competitor. The store I found sold the batteries at the same price as SSA, but with free shipping. Now I would like to support SSA, but $243 is not pocket change for a student. And I did not send any PM's about anything. I was not talking to you, hence the point about PM'ing people. We had this issue badly with Sundown and SKAR "reps" in the past, along with RD "reps" bashing product to push their own, all the while using the forum to make a buck. Lowest form of life. Hey man, I read your post and it sounds like you need batteries, and stuff. Shoot me a pm and I can give you some special deals if you keep it to yourself cause I'm a rep for xs/sundown/skar/cres/and more. OH wait, your...
