  1. If you go with a nice comp set then a 2 channel amp would work fine. I'm not sure if there would be any big advantages to using a processor with a comp set, since there is already a passive network in play. Someone else can chime in on that. But if you do go active, 2way, then a 4channel would be needed. The RF 3sxity.2 requires a windows mobile phone, laptop with bluetooth, or a palm with bluetooth for doing setup and any tweaks. If the depth is 3" with the window down, depending on the new panel, and if we space the baffle out a tad when glassing, you could pretty much fit anything depth wise. Weight may be an issue if it's a dedicated mid that weighs 5 pounds or something, have to see how those mounting clips for the panel are.

Sounds more eventful than my classes. Art History is the worst, I swear it could make someone suffering with insomnia fall asleep.

It's Calc. Starting a new section learning to find the derivatives of functions. The teacher was making it sound so fucking complicating. Went online read through some sites, had it down the next day (at least the basic functions we're currently doing).

First paper I got back, I wrote it in 15 minutes, got a 75%. Chick next to me goes "ouch." Then she gets hers back, got a 60 some percent. I stood up "BOOM in your face!" ^I hate timed writing.

Fortunately it's writing and not math, although I must say I'm learning more just going on google then actually trying to decipher what the hell my teacher is trying to explain.

Day one, we talked about how great the bible is. Day two, we talked about perverts and pedophiles. Day three, we talked about sexual tendencies and no no's, like fisting. All the while, my teacher is talking about how much he hates perverts and pedophiles, yet it's all he talks about, oh and did I say the bible? Loves to use proverbs any chance he gets. Which is great, except he conveniently leaves out all the great ones, like stoning your wife if she commits adultery. I guess you guys have figured out I didn't sign up for a religion class. I'd complain to his department head...preferably after the end of the semester... He flat out says none of his peers agree on his teaching methods or ideals lol. I'm likely going to suck it up and use it to my advantage. If I can relate anything to Christianity I will. If I can free write, I'll write about Jesus and his struggles, something along those lines should make him easy on the grading.

I'm very good at it WRT101 blows when you have to write about BS and your teacher is a fucking nutcase. Oh did I just say that out loud?

Grab handles and bolts. I removed them when I pulled out the headliner, just one of the things I still need to put back in. Actually forgot about them...
  15. Or dual switches. I'd just take it out though. The Epicenter's do nothing good, but I also really, really don't understand why you'd want fake notes in your music Some songs you really like don't have very little or no bass in the recording? I have a few songs that could use a little "enhancement," and I bet I'm not the only one. Not everyday listens to music for the bass, or wants to add more bass to their music than what was originally there. If the song I'm listening to has little subbass content.....that's fine with me, that's the way the song was made. "Fake" or exaggerated bass in a song is far more annoying to me than a song without much bass. Or I just use the bass knob on the head unit, OMG.

Finished the other pod, got some more sanding done. Going to install them tomorrow and make sure I'm happy, then pull out for some more sanding, rage gold filler, sanding, and finally paint.

I've read that having the ground have to go through all the aluminum and welds and such in my car to get to the front - isn't the best. And I already have the wire, so why not? Then yeah go for it.
  19. Can't you measure the total length of the elbow, then subtract the amount on each side where the pipe slips in?
  20. ssh replied to emh9009's topic in Build Logs
Yeah your drawing looks fine. The grounds from the alternator all the way to the rear batteries is likely unnecessary.

But the site with the diagrams that has been linked said to take them from opposite ends for better distribution of electrical load? If it was me I would do the positive on one end of the buss bar, and negative on the other end, as your article is describing. But in all honesty you could use the terminals on one side (one battery) and it would still work fine (may draw more current from the closer batteries, but probably couldn't notice any difference voltage drop wise, definitely not audible).

  23. That's the plan! If I placed the tweets on top, they would partially fire into the dash (which is more of a problem then having the mids fire into the dash).
  24. Panel / baffle flex will reduce midbass output. Start a new thread about your build instead of talking about it in Edouble's.
