I don't like posting and clogging up the thread between Randy and DC Power, but I'd like to say to those reading this: This isn't your average order. Orders like this take time, although I would agree this has taken longer then one's average waiting time. Anyone that has used DC Power products has loved them. DC Power is certainly a busy company, no arguing about that, sometimes hard to get a hold of, BUT their products speak for themselves. If the time ever comes where I need another h/o alt and or dual-alt bracket, I'll be a returning customer. And lastly, can't wait to see the rest of your build Randy and the electrical part

Your stock alt does not make enough power. Put a dmm on your battery terminals with the car running, what's the voltage at idle with your lights and ac on? Your saying 90max and 75idle, after your cars electrical stuff pulls it's amps (lights, ac, ecu, etc) your alt is barely gonna have enough for anything, much less a 2kw amp Adding a Battery is going to help but the battery is constantly going to be discharging and your alts gonna be working 24/7 trying to keep it charged. Notice I said trying... Not sure if deco or anyone else makes some cheap decent alts that a little upgrade from stock, but DC Power has a lower line, I think sp series? I'd defientely look into that. Sorry if my text is misspelled, iPad...

Nice, cool feature finally adding wifi to phones. I was thinking it was cool about the plane. It was actually decent speed too. I recently used the in-flight WiFi on an AirTran flight from Washington D.C. Only downside is the "free" part of it is only for a limited time. On top of that, there are only a certain number of free spots on the network so you have to hurry and jump on before everyone else does. It was still pretty cool that I got to check my e-mail and such. I just wish they wouldn't start charging for it. I'm sure it's going to be some ridiculous amount of money. yeah that blows when "free" is limited use. I'm sure a lot of colleges have this, but the one I'm looking into has wifi across the whole university campus, definitely awesome for work and school.
