yeah try some velcro and see if you can find a spot that bounces the signal
  2. your work is awesome man! waiting for the rest

Could you mount a small mirror inside and bounce the remote signal off it to the h/u?

If you use the ipod, you could pause the ipod, turn the volume up on h/u, run aux cable out door, then press play on ipod for competing. That should work?
  5. If it's dual 1ohm wired in series then it's going to put a 2ohm load on your amp. So your saz-3000d will do ~1600watts if your electrical is sufficient.

LMAO... Yeah I guess that would be a bright side to it..... The drive home might suck, I may need to buy some goggles! LOL I pressure tested it today, It split another 12 inches and won't split anymore. Unless, I really push with my thumb..... I hope it at least holds to get on the meter. After the show I get a free warranty replacement, so whatever happens happens! My remote for the H/U won't work on a severe angle. (like out the windows) I contemplated wiring up a long harness for the H/U to run outside the truck but that'll take some doing...... Any thoughts on how I could work my way around this issue? are you playing CD's, or from an mp3 player (aux)?

Like my strawberries like I like my women
  13. It was tasty
  14. Latest mockup for front firing: Anyone have any thoughts on downfiring instead? Couple people I talked to earlier were against it... the drivers would be able to unload on flat metal, or I could build a false floor...
  15. So clean, I love it. Good job!
  16. You can buy just about any remote and it'll work, its just a pot
  17. shouldn't be an issue. I'm concerned that if the box is in the center of the vehicle and firing forward that it may not sound as well as firing upward. Whats your opinion? port direction?
  18. Now im kinda leaning towards something like this: 9.3cuft before sub displacement (~.64), then bracing. so it would still be a little more then minimum recommendation for 4 icons (12")
  19. Cinema 4D.
  20. I'm kinda thinking about facing them forward and making the length shorter so I have more space in the back... Will it make a difference if the port is facing back but 20inchs away from tailgate vs it being 10inchs away? (general question) thanks for the help.
  21. thanks, this is what I first came up with for upfiring, although front firing would have same dimensions just port moved.
  22. Vehicle is 2door hardtop jeep wrangler. I'm going to put 4 12" icons in, I can either have the drivers face towards the dash or up, port can face any direction (guessing i'll do rear, but perhaps front would be better for semi wall?). If I have the drivers facing the front towards dash, the box will not be a wall (there'll be ~15 inches on sides and top, around the box). This is what I was envisioning for upfiring, or just rotated and move port for front firing. Also, The box will be directly behind driver and passenger seats, and will have about 15inchs of space from rear of box to tailgate (gotta have some storage )
