  10. I'd personally get this one... http://www.dewalt.com/us/products/tool_det...productID=15006 Oh, also... I do this thing (car audio) for a living... everyday. nG

  14. 1701 Queen City Avenue Cincinnati, OH 45214 Ok, here's the official thread and flyer! This is my shop's show, There will be LOTS of cars, Manufacturer Cars including the MTX Jackhammer Escalade. A small section of street will be shutdown, as well as a park. Both next to our store. We'll have Shop Vehicles, concessions, restrooms, free give-aways, dBDrag, as well as a walk-up TermLab available! This is a roll-call thread, and I'll make sure to keep it up when it gets nearer to the show itself. Should be a good time, meet up with some people, and get LOUD ... nG
  15. The subwoofers are tuned superfluously low for use in a vehicle. Nice front stage setup though, I've pondered doing the same except with dual XXX6.5's per side. nG
  16. Cut the dash. Or, mount in glove box or center console. To wire up, you'll need to run wires yourself. nG
  17. Caraudio & Electronics and Performance Auto & Sound Magazine nG
  18. Generally, a system is louder on the dash. Unless it is specifically built to be louder @ the headrest. Even then, the dash will usually still be slightly louder. nG
  19. Would work well. I use my Alpine 9835 (use it as the main unit, it processes my audio signal with full 3way active capability), and then use a Pioneer Premier P8DVD as a secondary DVD/Flipout Screen unit via the aux in on the Alpine... Works great. nG
  20. Everybody wants somethin or nothin. . nG
  21. Ok, I read the sticky... and I'll be searching google this week as well. My truck will be out of paint this week. I thought I'd stop by here first and get everybody's advice before I scour the net... What are the do's and don'ts? I'm a n00bx for exterior car care. My truck was peeling/cracking bad b/c of the horrible 1992 Dodge Stock paintjob. So, how long before I really work on it... and what should I do first? Thanks! nG
  22. I really don't understand how people do this. For real. nG
  23. There is no need to make multiple threads on the same topic. It will be fine as long as you set your gains correctly, a little headroom is ok. nG
