  2. Yeah, I know Grasshopper has dropped a few rolls of dimes on this project so far, even when we are broke we have time. Come back and check in on the progress and "Live On"!!!
  3. We have some plans for the sound system and as you said we hope it will be able to keep up, if not we can roll down the windows and listen to the engine!! I like this statement. Only stating the truth, but I'm thinking we can do something to keep up!
  4. Thanks, I enjoy playin' with the wiring... Yeah, I think Grasshopper had an orgasim to go with the eargasim when it lit off!!!

  6. Thanks!! Lot of tuning and checking of all the systems: Fans, A/C, fuel regulator still needs a little adjustment, shifter, then drive and make sure we are a go!! Then on to next "phase".
  7. I like, I like!! Very nice, hope they sound as well as they look.
  8. from the both of us! Few things left to do then if Grasshopper is ready it's time to move into Phase 2.
  9. I can get you one build just like it!! Clean was one of Grasshopper's top requests.
  10. Seems your moving right along.... for Mom!!
  11. We cranked the motor this evening and it sounds great!! Had a little trouble with the fuel pressure regulator, but other than that everything went perfect. Grasshopper was amazed that it fired up so well. He was a little funny about cranking it, the closer we got to firing it up the more nervous he got. (quite a large investment) He reminded me of a cat in a room full of rocking chairs, as you will tell in the video. We still have a number of things to do before we give it the first test drive but hopefully we will be road worthy by the end of the week.
  12. Here's an update, What do these pictures tell us??? Yep it's time!!!! By grasshoper at 2010-11-13 By grasshoper at 2010-11-13
  13. Thank you Sir. I still want to do my headliner and paint some plastic a flat black. On another note, I was looking at the overhead air vents and they look like a great place to shove a LED when I take down the headliner. Glad you talked me into buying some extra. Glad you did, I started a few years ago when buying smaller things like the leds to buy some extras, it's nice to have them on hand to make those additions instead of skipping it because you'd have to wait on them. Again, Great Job!!
  14. Truly Awesome!!! Very nice work, and I think the seats tie it all together!
