  1. Couldn't really say without going through all the receipts, last tally was around 7 grand that included the car. How much does our labor count for? How bout you give me an estimate on that part.
  2. Lookin Good--I like the wall supports
  3. Thanks!!! Hopefully it gives my son some good memories to keep forever and maybe pass along to his children.
  4. Welcome to the SSA Forum
  5. As already stated Nice Lookin Box
  6. O.K. We all have our jobs. To take a break from sanding my son worked on the front and rear bumper. Had to cut and fit the wire mesh to fit in all the holes that are cut in them. He also wanted to add some support rods to the front bumper for strength. This is the rear bumper with the screen cut and fit in the bottom holes, one side will have to be cut out for the muffler to fit through. Oh! Yes those are headlamps wired and modded into the back-up lights. His idea, I guess he needs more light when he backs up. By sefugi at 2010-05-30 Untouched front bumper. By sefugi at 2010-05-30 Support Rods and screen installed. Starting to look good. I might even drive this thing! My son says By sefugi at 2010-05-30 By sefugi at 2010-05-30 By sefugi at 2010-05-30 Thanks for looking, will continue to move towards getting this together a peice at a time.
  7. Another day is drawing to a close but we have made more progress. I'm so tired of sanding. Originally had a couple guys that were going to do the body work and paint the car, but you can't count on anybody anymore. So all the preping that has been going on was not suppose to be in my lap, but now it is and we are doing our best. It's coming along but it sucks. Here's a few more picks of the progress. Got the side-skirts mocked up. By sefugi at 2010-05-30 Then got them primed. By sefugi at 2010-05-30 Front fenders primed. By sefugi at 2010-05-30 By sefugi at 2010-05-30 Started wet-sanding fenders. By sefugi at 2010-05-30 Finished wet-sanding fenders. By sefugi at 2010-05-30 Anybody wanna help sand this thing???
  8. If you setup a sub stage like your front stage it will def. rock, you got me thinking of Type R's for my next front stage. Got some stuff waiting for my project when I finish my son's. Keep up the good work!
  9. What's amazing is I can still type after sanding for the last few days...body work sucks! Def. not my calling
  10. Thanks! I'll just be glad when it can hit the Street, Super or not

Extremely Nice Build Hope you keep posting pics as to how you finish out the box with covering. Good luck at Slamology, to far for me but I know it would be a blast!
  14. Great post Impious, gave me a few ideas to check on my setup. Thanks
  15. Excellent post GlassWolf I have also been researching a bass processor and this one caught my eye XBP-10 Processor This one looked interesting because it has a choice for spl versus sq and when running more than 1 sub amp it has a delay if subs are mounted staggered front to rear, it also has a 50 hertz test tone. I like the looks of it, any comments to this one. Maybe it would be an option.
  16. I agree with CrazyKenKid on the $ towards an amp. I like spending $ towards a solution not $ around a problem. Good Luck!!
  17. Excellent progress! That is going to be 1 massive encloser, Continue the progress
  18. That is deffinatly my son's opinion, carbon fiber does have a cool look. He did want carbon doors-Dad said LOL! Looking good Dad! I am sure your son is damn proud of the old man, carbon doors or not. Can you relate???
