If you have a pair of jumper cables for jump-starting a vehicle just use one cable of the pair to connect the secondary battery negative to the frame, if your violtage is then correct your secondary battery ground is the problem.

Few more updates on the enclosure progress. Amp-rack in place. 45s installed. Rounded port edge. Helloooooo! Baffles ready!!

Thanks!!! Headliner recovered, all new carpet. Grasshopper is planning on giving the rest of the interior components a good cleaning. Circle jig seems to be pretty cool, will give it a good try-out when I cut out the double baffle. Enclosure specs: Overall outside demensions: 48W x 15.5H x 14D Gross vol. 4.7'3 With displacement of subs, port and amp-rack leaves about 2.65'3 net. Slightly over recomended space but they won't be seeing a ton of power. Port Size: 12" x 3" x 36" Should give a tuning just under 30Hz. Had to make a decision on were to put the port, because Grasshopper wanted that Wow effect when you open the tailgate vs. the function of the port.

I guess sexy curves are an eye catcher!!
