true **** but i would also love a mp3 player for sports and stuff and the cowon j3 has a very tough screen compared to the ipod. I see plenty of cracked ipod screens. Im going to go with the new cowon mp3 player always willing to try a new product.

well how do you plan on hooking this device up to your deck? through the radio? a usb port? aux? your saying its not much cheaper than a ipod. I'd say get a 80gb or 160gb ipod and hook it up directly to the deck so you can have full control over your library. just encode your cd's in apple's lossless format. It's supposed to keep the cd quality but the size of the file will be half of what a wav format will be. going to be hooked up aux way and who wants to go into the ipod fad !

I was looking around at mp3 players and trying to figure out what would sound better on my car stereo system. Came upon this new mp3 player called cowon j3 Koreon device just came out has eq and all other kind of stuff on it says its a SQ mp3 player also supports flac files. . One thing i found out flac files are the best sounding type files and ipods dont support them. Is this the real deal or can find something similar??? the price of it is cheaper then the ipod(Not that much).

Hard one to guess on but if i had to say anything underpowering a sub wouldnt make it as efficient and during summer time YOU WANT efficiency on your sub so stick with the bl and get your full potential out of it. I ordered two 12inch bl's and the shipping cost came to 80 from las vegas to SC. I'll keep you posted once my BA subs come in. Only 2weeks from now till i answer that question.

I'm not sure really, I was just driving around one day and the subs got quieter until they stopped working all together. When I stopped and popped the trunk there was smoke just pouring out of the box. I wasn't running them very loud and they were only playing for about 3 minutes that time. When I took them out of the box, one of the leads on one of the coils was broken and the wire fell out of it so that speaker was only getting juice to 1 coil. Same thing happened to my mofo 152x but i assumed it blew because of the cheapness of it!

You dont even know how loud it is to you hear it!!! The lows will make you have a orgasim!! So loud and clear!!!

wow so your throwing two 15's in only a 4cube air of space(Below minim for a 15 is 2.5cubic feet and still i wouldnt put a 15 in that) is that including port displacement...if so your 15's arnt going 2 sound that pretty their going to sound sh*tty!!! DONT try to throw to big of subs in ur trunk if you dont have the space for them!!!! Go for the two 12's proper box is everything dont forget the basics!

Im going to go outside the box and say this weird combo but it would be so loud and clean at the same time!! Run a D3000/1 - Precision Power PPI "One of a kind type amps STRAIGHT beasty" 2512a DD subwoofer(12) run two of those!! and you will have one of a kind loud clean hitting system at the same time. DD=loud!!!

What about the alt is it stock or upgraded would help alot so we know what power range he can pound in. Dont want epic power drops with 2big of an amp???
