Stefan's suggestion is a good one, I would take his advice. Testing has shown the XS Power D3100 to be a bit more powerful than the Shuriken BT-120 and KHC2400. I think 4 BT-120s would perform at least as well as a trio of D3100s.

I think you'd be plenty happy with the Icon. You would be getting a great subwoofer and saving some coin in the process.
