Haha my buddy who has a setup similar to yours (2 15" HDC's on an audiopipe 1500) cranked the car with some Webbie song still blasting and all four of us in the car jumped like a kid when the cable goes static lol. His first words were "is everybody ok, cuz that scared the SHIT outta me." Good times "is everybody ok"

Umm, no you haven't. Not even close. This is true, there's no way to draw 135 amps from an alt that only makes 95 amps max.
Skar is not ran by Jacob. Jacob designed the drivers but Skar is owned by Kevin Schlenker.
Good idea, it's not a huge increase but it's a decent one and you should be able to pick one up for $30-$40.

Same alternator I use, they can be found all over the place, very popular case design and a very good alt too. If you are trying to upgrade on the cheap, you're on the right track with an alt from a 250 or 350, an old Ford ambulance will work as well and give you even more power. Time to head for the pull a part.

I'm not sure why these companies continue to put cheap stickers on their dustcaps when they just keep coming off. You would think they'd want the logo to stay on for advertising purposes.

Very nice scores, I almost wish I got to meter at the dash or kick, we have to meter at the headrest and it seems like it's always at least a couple dbs lower there.
Not on brand new product. I would bet that the price of all this stuff is going to increase in the next 3 years, unless quality decreases and I don't see that happening.
You can't go wrong with either. Tough choice, if you would like to try out Incriminator Audio though, now is the time as you will never see these prices again.
Congratulations! It's very fun and addictive. I was hooked before I even left the first show I went to, it was just so much fun. I learned a few things and talked to several cool people, helped a couple guys out. It was a really cool atmosphere. We only made a few shows this year but we will be coming out swinging next season.
