DC Power makes great alternators, I have one in my Bronco and I just installed one in my brother's Caliber, we love 'em. I would opt for the biggest one you can afford.
  4. Sounds like you just need a few Xplods

Nice! I bet she's pretty loud
  6. #1 would probably be plenty, I would just use 1/0 throughout though. Unless you have a nice crimper, I would suggest the Lenco Swedge-On tool as well, I bought one and it works great and has held up just fine so far. I also bought their Barracutter too for the hell of it, it also works great.
  7. I don't think it would make a huge difference. How about getting something like an sa-8 and building a nice ported box for it?
  8. I agree, probably a bad idea if this is a daily driver.
  9. I'm diggin' the patch kit on the left thumb. I've got a white '96 and I also have a bit of cancer above the rear wheel wells, it happens to nearly ALL Broncos, it's because of the shitty design inside the well, if you look at it, you can see how there is a piece going from outside in but doesn't go all the way and there's a gap to let mud, water and salt in, but there is no way for it to drain out so it stays there forever unless you give it a really good wash in there every time you use it in the mud and snow/ice. Great vehicles though, is yours the 5.0 or 5.8? E4OD transmission? (smoothest shifting but fastest to wear out)
  10. They're Hyper pros baybee. nuttin betta
  11. to SSA
  12. GTI is the performance version. Mmmmm turbo
  13. It usually takes 3-7 days I believe. Due to the steel shortage though, it may take a while longer. They can't really make something without the parts ya know.
  14. I might just order one of these in the next week or so. Get it installed and let us know what you think.
  15. Sometimes it just takes time. Patience is a virtue.
  16. Coming along nicely, some nice pieces you have fabbed up.

It's always nice to see women who aren't afraid to work on their own cars.
  18. I agree, I would also opt for a SSD.

Both rides look great. Definitely a lot of time and money in each.
  20. Nice choice, I've always loved those cars. Someday I will have one to play with.
