  1. This is probably a stupid question but im new to most of this stuff. Will the Sa-8's fit into this box 2007 & Up New Body Style GM Extended Cab Dual Downfire Box ?? And I dont know what would be better, the d2 or d4? I'm not trying to shake the ground I just want some respectable clean sounding bass.

Got the SSD's installed today. Not a HUGE difference over the type r's but they do hit harder. I still need to do some tweeking on my amp. Seems as though the subs are bottoming out. Gain is only about 1/4 turn up on the amp. But still I would say it hits harder than the type r's and the JL's at this point. It took about 10 days total to recieve the subs once I ordered. They would have been here a few day sooner but I noticed on the tracking that they got held up in Cali for some reason. I also thought that was weird, they went from NV to CA then to TX??? Oh well, no complaits here, these subs ROCK!! where did you mount your amp, i have the same truck and im lookin at the same box...just wondering

New here from the DFW... I just got a new 2010 silverado extended cab and im trying to find out if those new sa-8's will fit in a subthump box that is made to fit under the backseat . I figured this was a good place to get some answers and I hear nothing but good things about sundown products so here I am.
