Hey guys, as the title says I'm looking for a single larger sub to replace my two infinity reference series 1050W's but still provide the same amount or better performance. This is to save space in the back of my cherokee without sacrificing loudness or quality. I am running a infinity 611a sub amp and I would like the sub to match up well with it, it puts out 657 watts rms at 2 ohms. Being a student funds are a little limited but I was looking at the Sundown SA-12. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Edit* The Infinity's are in a sealed box dimensions 25.5 x 10 x 12, I Would prefer the box to not come above the back seats which is about 18", I could always have the sub facing up if the depth is shorter than the height but I'm willing to make exceptions. My biggest problem is with the length of the box because I don't want to put stuff in front of the subs I have a lot of useless space. so maybe 18 x 15 x 18, my budget is about 200 but I'm willing to put down a bit more for quality

So here it goes, most of my equipment are older hand me downs from my dad but I dare say it still sounds better than any of my buddies rides, I'll get to the goods now 97 jeep cherokee pioneer deh-280mp Head UnitI I have installed a 200 amp alt and upgraded to 2# wiring. 6.5 infinity kappas (I think) in the rear sound bar 4.5 A/D/S speakers in the front doors (can't find any info on these, apparently they were top of the line when my dad bought them) rockford fosgate 4.6x 300W amp to power all 4 speakers (made in the usa) two 10" 1050W reference series subs Infinity 611a reference Amp Currently I'm looking for a single larger sub that will match up nicely with my amp and will give me similar or better performance than the two 10's so I can preserve space, might go for more bass way down the road when I get a roof rack but that wont be for a while. I was looking at a Sundown Sa-12 as I've heard good things about them. 200$ is around what I'm willing to spend for a new sub (little wiggle room on the budget but not a lot). So I guess thats that lol
