  2. Later tonight. No problem.
  3. No...At least not that I know of. Maybe it's burried in the bottom of the box..

    Nope. Can't strap the sae-1200d's.
  6. DC Alternator arrived yesterday. Looks like a monster. I'll have it in tomorrow. I figure by the 3rd or 4th everything should be setup.
  7. Small update... Have my six sa-10's... I'm expecting a DC Power 270XP to be delivered to my door today. Getting it put on Friday with a new belt also... Also Friday I'll be receiving a set of Image Dynamics CTX65CS.. Should have my 0 gauge welding cable some time next week... August 3rd I'll have my enclosure (built by Argent Audio) Have 3 optima yellow tops. I know people don't prefer them but I figure I'll give them a chance. Looks like things are finally coming together. Should be a week or so until I'm done with this build...
  8. So basically you want opinions on a subwoofer and amplifier? Do you know how much room you will have to work with? You need to figure this out first before you buy something... As far as what sub\amp...What's your budget? What electrical upgrades do you have currently?
  9. Tried to read... Also, this is in the wrong section..I think? I'm guessing there's a question in here somewhere?
  10. What about for the sa-10's?
  11. The best way to reach Jacob\sundownz is via email. Email him at [email protected]
  12. Sick! How does he have it wired up? Strapping the amps?
  13. I was actually just getting ready to say.....Hope they're better than the Kompression fittings from Knu. Because those suck ass. But from the pictures, looks like the compression fitting is different. TBH I think it was you! Haha, they look much beefier than the Knu Kompression fitting. but are they 5 dollars just for one? Seems a tad steep, I'd see myself using a lot of those in an install. 6 for the big 3, 2 for +12v, and 1-2 for -12v. I'd rather spend 50 cents to a dollar for some termanals and a Hydraulic Crimper. As far as the price...I found some sites online selling them for >$20 a piece. This site seems to be the cheapest. :X
  14. Sweet. I'm planning on using them with some 0 gauge welding cable....Should be a good match up I figure. Is there a possibility of them vibrating loose?
  15. So I'm getting ready to do my wiring and I came across: http://www.remybattery.com/Departments/Cable--Accessories/Connectors--Lugs-and-Terminals/Compression-Connectors.aspx the battery terminals look pretty cool... Any thoughts on compression terminals? Pretty secure?
  16. Jesus would approve of such a system.
  17. What kind of enclosure was he using?

Maybe at this point it'd be better to PM them on here or try to call them?
  19. Perfect. Thanks. Is a relay necessary or can I get by without one?
  20. I'm thinking there's another wire on the brain that I need to tap onto.
  21. So acouple weeks ago I had a viper r350 installed in my truck and I took the liberty of ordering two Directed 515r backup battery sirens... I tested them now with the included keys and they're pretty loud. My ears were pulsating. Well I'm reading the instructions on them now and could use some help...There are 4 wires on the unit itself: red - +12v, fused at 5amps, constant source black - ground violet - "(+) Siren Input: Connect this wire to the (+) siren output of the security system. If using a DEI security system, this would be the brown (+) siren output wire." green - "(-) Siren Input: If using a security system with a (-) siren output, connect this wire to the system's (-) siren output." So I get the general idea, use either the violet or the green wire...I'm looking at my currently installed siren and only has a red and black wire connected to it. Would I tap the violet wire onto the red wire or? Thanks.
  22. Wow. That thing is massive.
