the problem with the high callorie mixes i have is i am diabetic and with the high calories come the high carbs witch do not fit in my diet and as for the 12lbs in 6 days yes i did but i just realized b/c i'm new to this sorry but weighing from moring to night is not accurate sorry for the faulse info.

hey i'm trying to bulk up ive just started a 2,500mg anibolic creatine supliment and a 55g protien whey for the work out morning and i'm not to familliar with some good chest and arm exersizes can some one sugest a few good ones to bulk up my upper body ive always had a hard time gaining mass as far as the suppliments go they have helped me get up to 140lbs from 128lbs in 6 days with just basic arm curls sit ups and bench press. anyone know of some other ones to help?

i'm waiting on a high output alternator to come in and hopfully that fixes my voltage drop and i will be getting a 2nd battery for the trunk for the stereo to run off of and i will let you know if that fixes it it should help alot id say atlest get a 2nd ba to draw it's power from if you have a voltage drop when you play it loud for extended periods of time. it will also help you amp with a better consistant flow of power also a cold air help it out too

yea thurmo or check your rad fan if it turns on or check if your rad fluid is low or needs replaced check if radt build up of dirt or other crap

i watch it and dont let it go in the red but like one needle length from the start of over heat i got a 98 sunfire i had mine check and nothing is wrong with the thurmo or anyting under the hood

my car does the same thing once i putmy system in it runs hot after pounding for a long time if i leave the stereo off it doesnt do it i think its drawing to much power from the battery causing the computer to loose some funtion from loss of power maybe

yes at rest my battery was 12.7 when i started the car the alternator droped the volts to 11.8 with nothing on in the car put the stock alt back in and its at 14.4v

so i got my 200amp alt from db and installed it and started up the car and hear this zzzzzzzz sound check the output with my dmm and reads 11.8v man what a joke
