Fi Q with the QTS option would be a good choice. I have had SSA Icons and Dcons in sealed enclosures and they both performed nicely.

How do you know Young? Just curious as well. Hours of testing in multiple vehicles. This doesn't mean that there aren't exceptions. Generic question got my generic answer. He will have to figure out what works best for him. The "best" could mean more bass or better sound quality. Who knows.

For the most output: subs up/port back would be the best.

And seriously no rears. You will be thankful when you do it. Just eliminating them makes your sound that much better.

Dont run rears you don't need them. Yes if you have people in the back seat they will be able to hear them. If you are interested I have a Bravox 3way set.

I just purchased IA's component set. I will let you know how those work out. Focal makes nice stuff. If they are in your budget go for it.

When I plug my iPhone into my MacBook, if there is an update available it automatically asks me if I want to update. I have also had to replace one pioneer iPod cord. It did the same thing; it would read the iPod but wouldn't play any music.

I have had this random problem with iPods and iPhones. Usually when an update is performed on the device it works.

Look at Partsexpress DIY projects. They have some cool ideas on there. I have tried a few with great results. I agree with ^^^, if its just for music, 2.1 is all you need. Is music recorded in surround sound?

So the woofer will be off axis in the stock location. Instead of just picking a location for the tweeters, I would take the time to aim them/ pick a location for them. I have had my bravoxs in my car for a couple of months and I am still not done with locations. I am constantly trying to figure out what sounds best.

Are you looking for just loudness? Or is quality sound more important?
