Looks good. I would ditch the rear 6x9s and run 0 gauge wire all the way to the RF amplifier.

The problem is going to be that the wall is only 1/2" thick.

I am definitely picking up a new Zed amplifier for the new ride.

Why the hassle bro ... you all just like the drama ??? Why don't you go to one of their shows and see for your self instead of going by "What somebody said" ... Like I said earlier and getting my rep points docked for it just only proved my point ... These moderators are only wanting to discredit this build, and never hearing it before passing judgement ... It doesn't matter if its the enclosure, the vehicle setup, amps, electrical, or the music / tones they play ... They have a winning record to prove their setup works and some of these "Bookworms" can't seem to understand the concept ... Instead of being rude to people, M5 needs to contact these designers / system builders and get the specs (if they give them to him) over the phone rather than causing all this drama ... This place is getting worse than DIYMA ... Moderators are suppost to keep drama from happening in these threads ... All they do is feed fuel to the fire ... Dissapointing ... Me personally I don't care what this car sounds like. I just don't see anything from either sides. I am sick of everytime I log onto this site I see a new post in a couple of these threads. SSA is the best audio site period. We do not need this here.

M5 started off by saying someones math was wrong very wrong. No proof. Just because HE says. That's just like me telling you Your box will sound like crap without any questions about it. But have you or anyone else proved him wrong?

I still haven't seen proof that this thing SOUNDS good. There have been posted term-lab numbers. I have not seen a response curve or term-lab readings at different frequencies. Everyone is asking ///M5 of proof on why it will not sound good but where is the proof that it does? Stop this "I sat in the malibu and it sounds awesome" shit.

I thought that BS was gone. Now it just reappears in a continuation thread. It still blows me away that they can say ///M5 was proven wrong. I haven't seen any numbers saying that car isn't a one note wonder. All I hear is "I sat in that thing and it sounds amazing." UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH Somebody just close the other one.

Did you mess around with the tweeter placement before you picked that location? When you sit in the car with the door closed is it pointed at you? I usually like my tweeters on axis. It looks like you are learning fast on how to fiberglass. Keep it up. I look forward to more progress.

What are the specs on that amp? I have seen a few around but haven't looked into them.

Aaron, I received my set in today. Thank you for the quick shipping These things are no joke, the set weighs 25lbs! I have never seen any component set near the quality of these things. Anxious to get them installed but waiting on an amplifier to power them. Bravox and SSA for the win.

Hey I hought you were 20? Are you hiding something? Guess I'm 34 now! The state of Florida says so! I give you and M5 a lot of credit for keeping your cool. I usually don't get upset on forums. Reading that damn thread makes me upset, all the damn ignorance from them is amazing.

I use an iPod mainly because there is no hassle to switch cds. My pioneer radio can search through the iPod so it is easy to find a song I like. Also as my system got bigger and more powerful, cd's would skip because of the heavy vibration.

I like to use SPAX wood to wood screws. Titebond wood glue. I use number 3 but 1 and 2 work great also. They are found at any Home Depot or Lowes.

I dont know what you are expecting out of it. But that is some crazy flex. Maybe upgrade the electrical a little more so your voltage doesnt drop that low.
