Looks very good. You will love the IB setup. By far my favorite type of install.
Having experience with building enclosures for the 10" XCON, a 4" aero port will not work if you are concerned about port noise. It may work in a low power install around 500w. If the 6" aero will not work a slot port should be built.
If you are going with an aero port, I would use a 6" one at the absolute minimum.
