The new tc subs are prety sweet, they have also come down in price considering the axis 15 used to go for close to $700 now it think they are in the $500 range

I may just get a pair then I have a pair of Crescendo CCX65 Components and I love them, worth the price and everything. Nice midbass and great overall sound. They dont have nothing on the Hertz MLK's I want but for now they will do, thinking about buying another pair for now as well. They are the talk of the town on FloridaSPL.com and have great reviews over there as well. Hope this helps.

I had a a crunch 500.2 for one. It's suposwd to put out 250 watts a 4 ohms, I doubt I actualy did. I would find an amp that puts our 500 rms @ 2 ohms for two four ohm subs. I wouldedt powere them more that 250 rms because they hit their mechanicl limets pretty fast. There is also the fi x which looks like what you want

Do not get the spl option if you are going to play any music with the subs it's strictly for burps and tones.

Thank you sir. I don't know about the new Mofo 2X series but these old school ones kick ass for a cheaper brand sub. Absolutely LOVE them! Hands down best set of compnents you will find at this price point. Very crisp and clear even crossed over as low as 60Hz. Really like the tweets, they are slightly bright but can be compensated by placing them on the -3 db setting. They are loud and clear without that "tiss" sound you usually get at high volumes. I'd be willing to bet money these babys would hold their own against components that cost twice as much. I garuntee if you give them a chance you won't regret it. Thanks for the comments. I used to have a Polk audio db 12, and I'd sounded great and got real low. They are I think 60 on sonic electronix it's is decently loud.

It depends on the install. You can't know until you try it.
