I loved my SSD 10, but mine looked different, look at the black part of the motor: I wonder why that is.. I got mine shortly after Fi switched to the 'new' SSD, about 4 months ago maybe?

I don't see what the question is, but with the choice of amp, I'd either go with AQ or the audiopipe. Chances are you won't hear a difference, and the AQ like bassa said is probably built a little better.

That's a lot of power for that sub, (I'm sure you know, but it's only rated for 1,000 watts.) Either way, If you're set on that, I'd try to keep it on the lower side of Fi's recommended box volume, somewhere in the area of 3 to 3.5 cubic feet would be good.
