  3. I got it a week after it came out and it took me about 10 days to beat it on normal. I have been playing on line, and just started replaying it in Legendary mode and have been working on the first few stages for 3 weeks now. Bob
  4. Why do I keep flashing back to the South Park "Smug" episode???? But seriously great job on the new car it looks great, that shade of green is really nice looking, it's high mileage will offset my new fuel guzzling V8 in the CLK. Bob
  5. Price Drop!! Now $11,000.00 Guys, I really need to move this by the end of November. If anyone needs some pictures please go to PICTURE LINK or email me for more if needed. Bob
  6. Just an FYI on enclosures and number of drivers. One competitor that did not understand the relationship between the box and the drivers put 40 8" subs in his Probe. yes they fit, but he could not understand why he could not get a SPL of over 139 with the power he had and the number of drivers. He also kept wondering why people with 2 or 4 12" or 15" subs could pull much higher SPL numbers. Multiple people tried to explain that a mid quality sub in a perfectly designed and mapped out enclosure will out perform an excellent sub in an enclosure that is too small or too big. So.. Here's the short version, go with fewer subs in the correct enclosures that match the power you are using to achieve maximum excursion and therefore maximum SPL. Trust the multiple opinions on this board, some of us have been competing for a long time and have seen a wall of subs get blown away by 4 12" subs. Go with 4 subs in a really well engineered enclosure with a good amp (I even know someone selling a JL 1000/1 pretty cheap ) I hope this helps, Bob
  7. I have tried the Grado but I have always had problems with the way they sit on my ears and head. They always tended to move out of position with any head movement. I did like the way they sounded, even though I prefer the Sennheiser for detail and clarity. Bob
  8. Thanks Denim, I've been wondering what was going on with the site. Bob
  9. bandwidth exceeded....I'm not surprised, the one thread has over 500,000 hits within the last few days, this guy is without a doubt the most owned guy on the net right now. MrRay13, at least check out the T-shirt site that they made from the guy who posted; It's funny as well. Bob
  10. I know, not only have they completely raped the guy, made T-shirts with his "invention" on them but someone from the site put his car for sale on Craig's List. Bob
  11. Does anyone know what happened to CYV? They have been down for a while, are they coming back? Bob
  12. 3 10's sealed with the correct box and power will be the most accurate for SQ. You'll need to build the box so that the amp you are using can power them to full excursion but not let them get sloppy. Dan Wiggins set me up with all of the specs on how to do this for my old setup with my Brahma and it sounded excellent for SQ with both 500 W and 1000 W but was cleaner and tighter with the 1000 W and smaller box.
  13. It gets better. there is now a T-shirt with the "turbo" design. http://www.gmmodernmuscle.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=2804 T-Shirt website
  14. I couldn't stop laughing the whole time that I was reading this. YOU GOTTA SEE THIS THREAD Bob
