I have a great electrical backup.. So that's not an issue.

At the moment.. These subs don't really like it. So as of now its impossible to tell if I can turn the gain up.. I wont know until I actually get my subs in that are rated for the power I'm running.

Just recently went from 2 ohms to .5 ohms on my Crescendo 3500d and I heard that if you wire down you should always turn down the gain from where you had it originally. I'm really not sure if this is even remotely correct but I did it anyway to be on the safe side. I was just curious if someone could help me out.

Icons all gone... Time for something new! Obsidian 12's

Well.. Havent done much updating here but Iv got new plans going on. Iv decided the two 15's are limiting what I can do out of my trunk, no room for batteries or more amplifiers so Im going to be switching it up to two 12's. The plan is going to be testing out the DSS Ethos subs as soon as I get them in. But I grabbed some Obsidians at a local competition for the time being. But. Before pictures of the new build go up, here are a couple pictures of the Icons. Absolutely loved the Icons, they sounded great, pounded hard. I just sadly chose the wrong size for my application which is why Im making a switch.

Seems like a rediculous amount of box for two 8's . Be careful with too much power in that huge box..
