  1. The back end of my car dropped about an inch after installing these batts, they are heavy!
  2. I got the batteries secure in the trunk. Nothing fancy. I wanted to make sure that the top of the batteries are not above the trunk floor. Installed. The batteries are not wired to the system yet.
  3. Take lots of pictures for those of us who have to work. Will do!
  4. I would rebuild the sub you currently have. Highly doubt you will see any improvement in replacing it with the subs you listed.
  5. Nice! Expensive!
  6. A talked to Alan over the phone last night and Tantric Sounds is hitting the scene hard. I expect to see alot more installs with this brand once the company gets into full production.
  7. Ah the anticipation!
  8. Front stage looks nice!
  9. I cut floor mats out of the same carpet I used for the floor. I had binding stitched on them at a local carpet store. I am going to use the same carpet to make a dash mat. Instead of binding the edges of the dash mat I will have serging used. That will look much nicer than a stitched edge.
  10. Thanks! As soon as this install is done I am going to hit you up for a demo. I would love to hear your critique
  11. Since the pods are molded to the dash they fit very snug. The drivers have to be removed so that I have a surface to grab onto to pull the pods out. I wanted to use HLCD's but I do not have the under dash space for them. I am more pleased with the carpet install than anything! Before installing it I had myself psyched out that it would look like shit. Lucky for my that JL includes grills with their 8"s
  12. Thanks Rick. Yeah it definitely inst stealth any more, the pods are pretty obvious. Now I need to get my windows tinted.
  13. Looks like you are having fun with this build Sorry to hear about your drive into a ditch, that sucks.
  14. Without any tuning the midrange is very strong. I am anxious to tune by ear then put an RTA on it.
  15. Thank you! The more time you put into it the more you get in return.
  16. Thanks brotha!
  17. I have been using an Ohio Generator 275a alternator for about a month now. I cant wait to see how it acts on my stock PCM with +4500wrms I had to machine bushings to make it fit. With my idler pulley Installed
  18. Trunk is cleared. Z.3 18" and M3a have been sold a moth ago Only D3400 remains Up next. VFL-450.1 (2) Z.3 15" and (2) D3100 to go along with my D3400 Z.3 goodness It will fit
  19. The pods are complete. The flocked pods are much lighter than what the fibers are in the bag. I should have used a darker base coat. Next up for the front stage is tuning Driver's side: Passenger side: I finished my carpet job in the car, I am stoked
