Havoc 12 not hitting 35hz+ well
Are you are certain that your enclosure is optimal for your subwoofer and listening tastes? Have you checked all of your settings in hu/processor(s)/amp? Sometimes enclosure placement in your vehicle will cause response peaks and dips. Have you played with enclosure placement?

I have no clue how this company is still in business. For years countless customers have been given the run around about their orders. So no this is not an isolated incident.

Nice review and good job following the giveaway rules. Thank you. I realized how horrible of a speaker I am listening to myself on video Nice review... lol ... best part of the video was: " use it in your vehicle to reduce uh your vehicle from vibrating from umm road noise... that would be...uh coming into the vehicle... " lol .... I'm just messing Haha I know. For some reason I couldn't think while knowing that I am on video. Obviously I do not give speeches lol.

AlphaDamp Sound Deadener
Nobody is being held hostage. Like all contests there are rules. Rules for this giveaway contest are that the winners give video reviews of the product. OiI used a 1 1/4" wooden dowel to help form the tile. I did not have any problems. I also used the AlphaDamp around my midbass mounting rings in the doors. My thought behind this use of the AlphaDamp is to add weight to the mounting ring to help reduce panel vibrations caused by the MDF mounting ring which is mechanically attached to the metal door skin. To my surprise the adhesive has held to the MDF well. Normal use of the AlphaDamp is to attach it to a metal surface. You make it very clear that you are a hater of this product. I have no issues with that. I have all reason to believe that you have never used this product and that you never will. Which again, fine by me. How are you claiming that this product will fall off and that this product does not work? What testing have you done? Based on my experience with this product, I have disproved every statement that you have made claiming that the product will fall off and that it doesn't work. You are point blank wrong and misinformed. The product does no fall off and it does work.

Enclousre Build for Hzd Skizzy (Two 12 Inch SSA Xcon's)
Cut port and speaker cut-outs last ensures that everything lines up perfectly. Only problem with that is that you end up with a lot of saw dust to blow out of the box.

Great explanation and thanks 95Honda.

Anything that competes with the SA-8?
Consider this: Choose your max dimensions based on an enclosure size that you can easily install and remove from your trunk. This way if you need to use your spare tire you could simply take your enclosure out of the trunk, remove the spare tire then put the enclosure back in the trunk. I found it helpful to make a simple mock-up box out of cardboard. You find that you can use a larger enclosure than you originally expected.

soldering lead wires
The best way is to solder two lead wires together before you attach the recone to the basket. Then solder the presoldered lead wire to the terminal solder connection after the recone is attached to the basket.

15" Lethal Injections
I am not familiar with the music you selected for this review. Regardless, good job and thanks. As far as your setup not hitting the "lows", did you look at the system f3 before you built your enclosures? Depending on your desired system qts you can vary enclosure size to reduce the f3, possibly hitting the "lows" better. I would assume the fr is nice and flat that is why you are not experiencing annoying dips and peaks. A lower f3 may take away from that, too bad we can't have it all.

What is the difference between the "XP" and "D" series batteries? How do I know which series to buy?

T-line for RF T0 10"
So, instead of being the all-knowing forum chode that goes around trying to bring people down without providing any sort of help and/or explanation, why don't you shed some light on the subject and try to actually be an informative and helpful person instead of the pompous asshat that you have been playing for who knows how long? Do not let these comments ruin your thread. Arguing against arrogant comments is pointless.

New System
Agree, i was planning on getting a single Diamond D6 12 and almost did until i started looking at different sites and second guessing myself. i then started looking at JL 13w7 and 12w6's along with Rockford's P3 and T series and Orion HCCA all brands i have used in the past but just want to step outside the box and get something nobody else has kinda thing. For an SQ setup I highly recommend the 13w6. Excellent driver. I bought mine for a little over $300 shipped. Contact Ryan at Ram Designs for an enclosure. He designed mine. The JL Audio spec enclosures are small higher tuned enclosures, there are better designs. If you want a great mix of SQ and the ability to get crazy loud go with he SA series from Sundown. The SA are one sale right now at a killer price. IMO the SA from Sundown has no competition at that price. You could buy two Sundown SA 12" for the price of one 13w6. Sundown has a strong SPL crowd following. I have seen reviews and setups where the SA and Z series have been praised for their SQ abilities as well.

New System
You shouldnt be so quick to rule out big brand name equipment. I had a SSA XCON 15" powered by 2000wrms. I had the XCON in a 4^3ft enclosure tuned to 32hz. It was a large box for the trunk of my sedan. Now I have a JL Audio 13w6 powered by 600wrms in a 2.1^3ft enclosure tuned to 31hz. The JL sounds better than the XCON and is very efficient. The JL is in an enclosure half the size of the XCON, I have my trunk back The XCON was over all louder (not by much) but the XCON was more cone area and three times the power. Think about your goals and budget.

Video Review: ZED Audio RA
I hope it is helpful. The RA affects the input signal by adding to the frequencies center at 45 and 32 hertz. The amount of signal added and level of the signal is adjustable. Zed Audio calls it a sub woofer control preamplifier. You would use it to "exaggerate" the sub bass input signal. Basically to put more bass in music. So it's basically just an EQ with two points to boost around. The RA is much more than an equalizer. The manual explains the sub-harmonic synthesizer much better than I can. Here is a direct quote from the manual. "Once the signal leaves the low pass crossover it is routed to the Sub Harmonic Synthesizer. I bet that most have never heard of such a device but they are common in pro audio and have been made for car audio however in much simpler forms. The basic principle is to take a band of frequencies and synthesize them down to half their original frequency (one octave down). We have taken this one step further. The signal is fed into two separate filters, each tuned to a different frequency and these are individually synthesized and then via two level controls and a master level, the synthesized signals are mixed back with the original signal. The two level controls at 32Hz and 45Hz may be set to suit the taste of the listener and then the master level sets the amount of synthesized signal mixed into the main signal path. The effects of this are truly amazing." I did not contact Zed Audio about this issue. Sometimes small manufacturing imperfections like this are not worth the hassle to have repaired imo.
